step 1 drawer assembly - insert cams 00585 00584 31567 31683 Cam bolt Place the cams into the large holes on the drawer sides, so that the arrow is facing the edge of the drawer side. Press cam bolts into the holes on the edge of the drawer sides. Do not turn the cams at this time. 11
step 2 drawer assembly - attach drawer bottom to drawer back 02828 06389 finished side up paper 2. Press the drawer bottom 06389 (with the finished side up) into the grooves on the drawer back 02828. Paper overlays the slot, but it has a slot so drawer bottom inserts well. 12
step 3 drawer assembly - attach drawer sides 00584 02828 06389 20228 finished side up x8 00585 Drawer fastener Align holes at back of the drawer sides, left drawer side 00585 and right drawer side 00584 with the holes on the drawer back 02828. Make sure the groove on the drawer back is facing the inside of the drawer. Tap drawer fasteners into place with a hammer. 13
step 4 drawer assembly - attach drawer front 02828 00585 00584 06389 The cam bolt will fit loosely until the cam is tightened. ED 12:00 2:00 LOCKED Place the cam bolts on the drawer sides into the holes on the back of the drawer front. Tighten cams to the 2 o clock position. 14

step 6 drawer assembly - install panel clips 3,7" 90 IMPORTANT. The panel clips stabilize the drawer. 00584 10401 06389 02828 Panel clip ED 00585 2. Place the thin edge of the panel clips into the groove between the drawer bottom 06389 and right drawer side 00584, left drawer side 00585, drawer back 02828 and drawer front ED. Place the cams into the large holes on center shelf UC, divider and bottom panel IE, so that the arrow is facing the edge of the panel. Press cam bolts into the holes on the edges of center shelf UC, divider and bottom panel IE. Do not turn the cams at this time. Insert small dowel into small holes on the ends of edges of center shelf UC, divider and bottom panel IE. 21
step 12 loft bed assembly - attach hinges to doors 52292 W Hinge 2. Press hinge cups into the large holes on the doors. Drive the pre-attached screws into the holes on the door. x2 22
step 13 loft bed assembly - assemble center shelf to dividers UC 12:00 2:00 LOCKED The cam bolt will fit loosely until the cam is tightened. 2. Place the center shelf UC between the dividers so that the cam bolts and dowels go into the holes. Tighten the cams to the 2 o clock position. 23
step 14 loft bed assembly - attach divider assembly to center support 25610 97642 x1 SA UC Connector bolt Allen wrench 2. Place the holes on the center support SA, over the dowels on the dividers. Use allen wrench to drive the connector bolts through the center support SA, into the dividers. 24
step 15 loft bed assembly - attach shelf braces 4" SA 13418 x2 25233 UC Shelf brace screw Shelf brace 2. 3. Measure 4 inches from the front of the center shelf UC. Use the shelf bracket to determine the hole locations. Use an awl, nail or drill to start a pilot hole for the screws. Use shelf brace screws 25233 to attach the bracket. 25
step 16 loft bed assembly - attach two bottom panels IE UC IE SA 12:00 2:00 LOCKED The cam bolt will fit loosely until the cam is tightened. 2. Press bottom panels IE onto the dividers so that the cam bolts and dowels go into the holes. Tighten the cams to the 2 o clock position. 26
step 17 loft bed assembly - attach base rail J IE UC SA IE Press dowels on the base rail J, into the holes on the bottom panels IE. 27
step 18 loft bed assembly - attach side rail J IE UC SA IE LOCKED 2:00 12:00 The cam bolt will fit loosely until the cam is tightened. 2. Press side rail onto the dividers so that the cam bolts go into the holes. Tighten the cams to the 2 o clock position. 28

Allen wrench Turn the assembly over, so that the base rail J, is on the floor. Press headboard 76277 and footboard 76278, onto cam bolts and dowels on the center support SA and the base rail J. Using 2 people, place the remaining side rail between the headboard 76277, and footboard 76278. Use the allen wrench and bolts to secure headboard 76277, and footboard 76278, to the side rails. step 21 loft bed assembly - attach top caps 76279 76277 22604 76279 x1 IE UC 76278 Glue 2. 3. Place two drops of glue into the holes on the two top caps 76279. Press or tap the top caps 76279, into place. Do not use a hammer, as this will damage the surface. J IE 31

The barbed part of the support goes into these holes. Place the shelves onto the supports, making sure that the pin on the support goes into the shelf. 32
step 23 loft bed assembly - attach doors 76279 76277 76279 W T SA IE UC 76278 Slide the pivoting part of the two hinges over the hinge plates. Tighten the screw on the hinge plate until the door is supported by the hinges. The door can be adjusted in and out by pulling or pushing the door then retightening this screw. 2. To adjust the door hinges up and down : Loosen the two large screws on the hinge plate to adjust the door up and down, then retighten. 3. To adjust the doors left or right, rotate the small screw on the hinge in or out. W 33

Note: Oil is on slide for lubrication. Use care in handling, so that lubricant is not transferred to the product. 35

Pull the glide forward until the threaded hole on the glide aligns with the hole in the drawer side. Attach the machine screw from inside the drawer box into the drawer glide. 37
