A few important pointers before you start: Please read the instructions right through before you start, and check that all the components have been included in the pack; we find separating all the hardware into piles makes it easier to be sure that everything is present and correct. Make sure you have the right tools. Allen keys are provided if required, but screw drivers and other tools are not. You ll find details of the tools you need at the beginning of the instructions. t s a good idea to build the unit in the room where you are going to be using it, to avoid the need to move it after it s been assembled. o not throw away any packing materials until assembly is complete, just in case you accidentally discard smaller parts or hardware. Safety Warnings: Adult assembly required. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts that may become detached and present a choking hazard. Children should be kept away from the product during assembly to avoid any possible risk of injury. O NOT use power tools in the assembly of this product. Assemble and use on a flat and level surface. Check all fixtures and fittings regularly and tighten as necessary. Check item regularly for signs of damage which may make the product unsafe. We suggest building the garage on a soft surface to prevent accidental damage during assembly. Now attach the cog (C) to spindle (A) through piece B using 1x screw (). STP 3: Attach panel H to base panel () usings 3x screws (). Hardware for Step 2: Hardware for Step 4: 5x 19mmL screws 4x 19mmL screws secure F with these holes STP 4: Attach lift tower panels and to base panel () using 4x screws (). underside of panel STP 2: Attach 3x pillars () to first floor panel () using 3x screws (). Now attach block F to the underside of panel using 2x screws (). F 4
Hardware for Step 5: 8x 19mmL screws L STP 5: Attach 4x pillars () to base panel () using 4x screws (). The artwork on the pillars should be facing inward. Now attach 2x petrol pumps () to base panel () using 2x screws (). Attach mechanic ramp (L) to base panel () using 2x screws (). Hardware for Step 7: 2x 19mmL screws N STP 7: Attach panel N to 2x petrol pumps () using 2x screws (). nsure the dowels on the front of panel slot into the holes on the back of piece N. STP 6: Attach first floor panel () to 4x pillars () and panel H using 6x screws (). Hardware for Step 6: 6x 19mmL screws Hardware for Step 8: 3x 19mmL screws STP 8: O H When attaching the first floor panel, also insert the 2x car wash rollers (M) into the holes on the base () and block F (underside of panel ). Attach second floor panel (O) to 3x pillars () using 3x screws (). 2X M Rollers should be placed this way up. 5
P Reverse assembled view spindle goes through the elastic on panel P then into the hole. P A B flat edge facing forwards STP 9: nsert panel P between panels and. Carefully slide the lift assembly (step 1) between the grooves on the inside of panels and. The chamfered base lift edge should be facing towards the back of the garage. With the lift in position, insert panel B between panels and. STP 11: Attach ramp R to panel O, the ramp rests on the dowels. Attach ramp S to panels and, the ramp dowels slot into the holes on panel. Finally attach the garage sign (T) this slots into panel N. R N O T S nsure the spindle goes through the elastic on panel P then into the hole. Hardware for Step 10: 4x 19mmL screws Q STP 10: Attach piece Q to panels and using 4x screws ().
