4 Terry Connors PhD Terry holds a Bachelor s and a PhD degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Educational management. A Chartered Psychologist, he holds postgraduate qualifications in NLP, CBT and Stress Management. He is an assessor for the British Psychological Society s industrystandard qualifications in psychological assessment, in which he has trained over 1,000 coaching, HR, guidance and counseling professionals. As programme director and lead trainer at Psychometrix, he mentors, coaches and trains professionals in applied personality dynamics. Perception, not reality, is the real challenge we face. Only when we learn to withdraw from the noise of the social and personal monkey-mind to the position of the observer, the true self, can we begin to perceive reality accurately and begin to act with integrity, Then, our living comes from the heart and we learn how to allow the heart to still the mind.
