Blessed with oil and gas reserves. Albania among Balkan countries is rich in oil and gas reserves in Adriatic and Ionian coast and sea. 3 billion barrels of oil reserves 5.7 billion m3 natural gas reserves 11

Albania government aims to transform the Made in Albania brand into a certified and reliable bio and organic food brand in the international markets. Albania offers a set of enablers for innovative agriculture investors Albanian government support measures include regulations, tax structure, competitive and lowcost labor force and investment incentives. 12

By 2050 world population is projected to increase to 9 Billion and by the same time it has been estimated that as much as 50% of the world's arable land may be unusable. 13

China and the Gulf Countries are already looking at purchasing land in other countries in order to feed their own populations. It may well be time for us all to look at the consequences of nationalizing productive land in order to ensure an equitable distribution of food. 14

Only those who live on the island are well aware of the asset value of the land. If you can imagine it, you can print it! 15

Emerging economies need to co-operate with those economies, which will plant in the "land of the mind" their imagination creativity, experience, knowledge, technology transfer and all innovations that will grow in that ecosystem. 16

It is a blessing for the country that shall create the first model of TIEDA (Technology, Innovation, Economic, Development Area). We want to plant the matured ideas and already proven from countries that have put their imagination into practice. 17

We are all important pieces of the puzzle in our universe The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge, but imagination. Albert Einstein 18

We approach a visionary project to those who under the symphony of sun, water, sea and wind are able to design and grow futuristic and functional business models. 19

GlobAlb TIEDA concept Construction, development, maintenance and operation of the Technological Innovation and Economic Development Area TIEDA. 20

If we can imagine it, we can do it! Concept We imagine an ecosystem and be part of the global innovation, commerce, finance, communication and transport hub. 21

Albania aims to be part of "technology-ready" nations and important International-meetings center offering the best investment potential opportunity. We seek to be a competitive country and part of the foreign exchange market and financial center. We seek to be an important regional oil and gas and trading center, and important container port services in the region. 22

We seek to build TIEDA models comparable to those of tax haven for strategic investors. We seek to rank better in the level of Human Development. We seek to be ranked highly in education, healthcare, life expectancy, quality of life, personal safety, and housing, with better level of democracy, and environmental performance and sustainability. We seek to transform on a multilanguage nation. 23

We seek to be an education hub in the region and Information, communications technologies and innovation to be the core pillars of the Albanian economy. We seek to cooperate with those nations which have incorporated all these advantages in the character of the nation s brand. 24

We seek a visionary partner to build a free technological economic zone, wherein shall be transferred the knowledge incorporated in their technology, and innovation. We imagine our future of globalization as responsibility to develop the human capital of the country to become Tech-Ready Nation". 25

We are proud to provide the best conditions in exchange of your assistance to create in our country a physical model of what you represent as a Tech-Ready economy and nation. We are absolutely clear that the shortest way is to learn by building the future. 26

Times have changed. The transfer of knowledge is in our smartphone. We have no time to lose on what is written in several libraries and digital information as it will always lack something, a functional model or a prototype. 27

Those who have built the functional model know how to build it once again. We understand the need for accomplishing the above. We are proud to offer the opportunity, wherein you can enjoy the privilege to build the TIEDA model, by transferring knowledge and experience embedded in human capital, technology, products, and unique services. 28

This is our appreciation after being tempted to hear from you a visionary Yes for a mutual cooperation. We all live in the same house... It is called Planet Earth. 29
