The Ceiling and wall Mount supports display mounting from 23 to 63, up to VESA 800X600 mm depending on the TV mounting plate attached (provided separately) and support a maximum load of 68kgs (150 lbs). Ensure the wall you plan to use will safely support four times the combined weight of the Articulated Wall Mount(plus chosen Adapter Plate) and your chosen display. Under no circumstances should this product be mounted to metal studs. The manufacturer does not accept responsibility for incorrect installation. Masonry Wall Installing the Ceiling Plate Choose the appropriate installation procedure depending on your ceiling type. a. Installing to the flat ceiling. Installing the head assembly Insert two cap screws M8x50mm into the poles with M5 Allen key,then tighten with Nylon nuts. Loosen the tension knob first,then insert the screw, and tighten the tension knob. Adjust tension knob on side of mount (shown as below fig.) to desired tension to balance your screen size and weight. The tension knob, without changing the bracket tension, can be pulled out, away from the bracket and turned independently of the knob post for readjustment. Push or pull from top or bottom of screen to adjust tilt as shown. The tilt can be adjusted to a maximum of 15 forward or 5 backward. Top Screws TENSION KNOB Insert two M8x12mm screw bolts and two 8 metal washers into swivel box on Assembly Adapter Panel. Leave approx. 1/4" of exposed thread. Lift the display and hook it over the mounting head by lowering the exposed portion of the top screws down the open key slots. Once in position, attach the bottom two M8x12mm screws and two 8 metal washers to secure the display to the mounting head using M5mm Allen Wrench as shown above. P.4
Mounting the Assembly Adapter Plate to screen For 800x600mm universal adapter plate-larger display a. Align the holes in the adapter bars with the adapter plate and attach using four M6x15 cross recess screws and four 6mm metal washers b. Slide the Adapter Brackets onto assembled Adapter Bars. Place the assembled Adapter Plate on the back of the display with one Adapter Bracket aligned with mounting holes of display. Then, slide the other Adapter Bracket in or out until it aligns with the second set of mounting holes. The Adapter Plate should be horizontally centered on the back of the display Adapter Bracket Adapter Bracket M6x15 Screw 6mm Metal Washer Metal Washer M6x15 Screw c. Attach the Assembled Adapter Plate to screen using the suitable screws For displays with a hole pattern in a pocket, spacers go between adapter plate and display. Attaching the Adapter Plate to the back of display Mounting Screw Metal Washer Top of Display Attach the Adapter Plate to screen Use four mounting screws and four metal washers and tighten it with Phillips Head Screw Driver. Attach Adapter Plate with screen to ceiling assembly a. Insert two M8x12mm screws and two 8mm metal washers into top two holes of Adapter Plate. Leave approximately 1/4 of exposed thread (Do NOT tighten fully). b. Lift the display and hook it over the mounting head by lowering the exposed portion of the top screws into the open key slots of Wall Arm Assembly mounting head. c. Once in position, attach the bottom two M8x12mm screws and two 8mm metal washers and secure the Adapter Plate to the mounting head using the Allen Key to tighten down all M8 screws. P.5
