This is the twentieth installment in the franchise. P.C Christmas menu Mini Pita in Christmas tree You need : - 4 pitas - 16 thin pretzel sticks, halved - 1/2 cup fresh cream without fat - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley - 1/4 teaspoon garlic blend of coffee-pepper - 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper We attack: - Cut each pita into 8 wedges. Insert a pretzel inside at the center to form a "tree trunk. " - In a small bowl, mix the cream without fat, guacamole, parsley and mix. Spread this mixture (about 1 teaspoon) on each pita triangle. - Sprinkle with small pieces of pepper. Sprinkle about 1/4 teaspoon paprika coffee on each triangle. I served the whole thing on a plate; however, you can also put the snowman on a big bowl of mashed potato. Isn't it a fun side dish for Christmas party? Recipe for 4 fellows of snow Preparation: 15min Resting: 2 hours in the refrigerator Ingredients: - White chocolate with 180g Pastry - 50ml single cream - grated coconut - Food colored balls - Candied orange peel Preparation: 1) Heat the cream. Meanwhile, put in a bowl white chocolate cut into pieces. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Cover and blend for 5 minutes to obtain a smooth ganachebien. Chill for 2 hours so that it hardens. 2) Remove the ganache. Take, using a teaspoon, a little ganache and shape a ball with the palm of the hand. Achieving 4 small balls and 4 larger. 3) Roll the balls in the grated coconut. Add food balls to make eyes and buttons and cut small pieces of candied orange peel to the nose. Assemble the head and body. Add a colorful ribbon to make the scarf! 8
