He has handled antitrust disputes, RICO cases, constitutional matters, class actions, unfair trade practices and consumer protection claims, contract disputes between vendors and customers, copyright, trademark, and patent cases, defamation actions both in media and private settings, products liability actions including mass tort cases, professional liability disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and securities actions. Josh has first chaired arbitration and court cases, and he has appeared before federal and state courts throughout the country, as well as ADR tribunals and before the European Commission. Josh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jan E. DuBois of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He started his career at a firm based in Washington, D.C., and he is dually resident in Dilworth Paxson s offices in Philadelphia and Washington. Josh has had articles published in several publications, including Antitrust magazine and The Legal Intelligencer. He is active in the American Bar Association, where he co-chairs the Privilege Subcommittee of the Section of Litigation Commercial and Business Litigation Committee.
