Rules & Regulations RAINBOW SIX SIEGE This document outlines the rules and regulations pertaining to RAINBOW SIX SIEGE Tournaments hosted by Playtonia esports. Failing to adhere to these rules and regulations may result in disqualification and/or other penalization as determined by PLAYTONIA management (including as may be set forth in these rules and regulations). Please note that PLAYTONIA management has the authority to make final decisions that are not specifically delineated in these rules and regulations to preserve fair play and sportsmanship at its sole discretion. 1
1.0 Event Format, Schedules & Prize Distribution Each Rainbow Six Siege tournament which will be hosted by Playtonia will have unique format, information, Schedules and Prize Distribution method will be explained in the respective event page. Participants are expected to go through the Format carefully and follow according to it. 2.0 Format 2.1 Joining Your Game : To join your game login to beta.playtonia.com. Click on Open Lobbies Button in the Menu Bar in bottom-right of beta.playtonia.com. You will be redirected to a Tournament Lobbies Page, where you will be able to see open tournament lobbies, find for your match and click on view lobby button. Once you get inside the lobby, click on join lobby to join your team slot in the lobby. Once all 10 members join the lobby, Veto Session will be started. If any team fails to join the lobby even after 15 minutes of scheduled time. The team will be disqualified. If your opponents haven t joined the lobby even after 15 minutes of scheduled time, please take a screenshot of the lobby with current time and mail it to support@playtonia.com replying to your schedule email you have received from Playtonia. 2.2 Maps : Bank Border Chalet Club House Coastline Consulate Kafe Dostoyevski Oregon Skyscraper 2
2.3 Map Veto Process : Map Veto will be done in your lobby page. Best of One (BO1) Matches: Higher Seeding will decide Team A and Team B. a) Team A bans 1 out of 9 Maps. b) Team B bans 1 out of remaining 8 Maps. c) Team A bans 1 out of remaining 7 Maps. d) Team B bans 1 out of remaining 6 Maps. e) Team A bans 1 out of remaining 5 Maps. f) Team B bans 1 out of remaining 4 Maps. g) Team A bans 1 out of remaining 3 Maps h) Team B bans 1 out of remaining 2 Maps. i) Last Map will be played and Toss Toss will be done to choose who will attack or defend first. Best of Three (BO3) Matches: Higher Seeding will decide Team A and Team B. a) Team A bans 1 out of 9 Maps. b) Team B bans 1 out of remaining 8 Maps. c) Team A bans 1 out of remaining 7 Maps. d) Team B picks 1 out of remaining 6 Maps. e) Team A bans 1 out of remaining 5 Maps. f) Team B bans 1 out of remaining 4 Maps. g) Team A Picks the 1 st map to be played out of remaining 3 Maps. Team B Chooses Defend or Attack first. h) Team B Picks the 2 nd Map to be Played out of remaining 2 Maps. Team A Chooses Defend or Attack first. i) Last Map will be played and Toss will be done to choose who will attack or defend first. If overtime is required (in accordance with the rulebook) for any game, the map used for such game will be used in overtime as well. 2.4 In-Game Settings : Time of the Day: Day HUD Settings: Pro League 3

Each game will consist of 8 rounds. A Game will end if a Team reaches 5 round wins. If the score of the game is tied after 8 rounds, Overtime (OT) will be played. Overtime consists of two 3-rounds. A Game will end if a team reaches 2-round wins in the same overtime. 2. Each Player must make sure to update their U-Play ids in their respective playtonia profiles before the match day to avoid disqualifications. 3. Players shouldn t change their UPlay username until the tournaments conclusion to avoid disqualification. 4
4. Administrator / Observer / Commentator is allowed to create a server. The game must be hosted on a dedicated server. The dedicated server location must be set based on ping. 5. If any team or any individual participants gets caught using cheats, abusing, using in game bugs to take advantage, spam or advertising will be disqualified from the tournament. Apart from getting banned from the website, Playtonia reserves rights to take away all the Playtonia leaf(s)/ Cash Prizes earned by him/her or the involving party. 6. Breaking one of the above gameplay rules shall result in an automatic forfeit of the game and if you find any of your opponent s breaking above mentioned rules write an email to support@playtonia.com with information regarding match like Match Date and Time, Match Tournament, Match Lobby Link, Suspicious Player or Team Details with appropriate proofs like screenshots, video clips or Round details. Once complaints received Playtonia Officials will do thorough investigation and take necessary actions. 7. If a tournament official (i.e., Administrators/Observers) disconnects from a game the game will not be restarted, but all Players remain in the game, the round must be completed. 8. Only game-related chat is allowed during live gameplay. 3.2 General Rules : 1. Any person or individual who has been banned by R6 Siege publishers on any of such person s or individual s accounts (a R6 Siege Banned Account ) will not be permitted to compete or participate in the tournament or in any qualifying event for the as a Player or otherwise. Substitute Player etc. who is or becomes a R6 Siege Banned Person will be immediately disqualified from participation in the tournament and Playtonia Website. Apart from getting banned from the website, Playtonia reserves rights to take away all the Playtonia leaf(s)/ Cash Prizes/Give Away Prizes earned by him/her or the involving party. 5
2. In order to dispute game results, Players/Teams must write an email to support@playtonia.com with the relevant information like Match Date and Time, Match Lobby Link, Suspected Player or Team Details, Round Details with appropriate proofs like screenshots and video clips and once complaints received Playtonia Officials will do thorough investigation and take necessary actions. 3. In-Game Player names, Player avatars and Team names must not contain Recist Image or text. Irrelevant Image or text. Trademarked or Copyrighted images. 4. All Teams must make sure have a team profile consist of at least five (5) Players in Playtonia Website. The full line-up must Link their steam-ids and Uplay Ids to their respective Playtonia Accounts. A team can have upto 7 players in their team profile i.e. 5 active players and 2 as stand-in. 5. Playtonia has permission to use Team logos uploaded in Playtonia Website for use on live-streaming, television broadcasts of Playtonia and related events, online use, including but not limited to, social media posts and videos, and for the advertising/promotion of the Playtonia online broadcasts, (e.g., institutional promotion), and in connection therewith, Playtonia corporate partners and sponsors. 6. Each Team and Player will be required to use its official Playtonia account (or create one prior to the commencement of tournament play). 7. Captains of both teams will have to upload the end game screenshot in the Playtonia lobby after finishing their match. 8. MOSS Software is required to record the gameplay of every match. Players will have to upload the zip file and the link of the zip file should be uploaded in the Playtonia lobby 9. MOSS Upload links must be uploaded individually by all 10 players in the lobby 10. Playtonia management has the final ruling on all tournament matters. 6
4.0 Conduct Rules 4.1 Additional Rules : 1. Players/Teams are expected to put forth their best effort in all games. Players/Teams may not intentionally forfeit a game or conspire to manipulate rankings or brackets. 2. Players, Team staff and/or managers, and other Team or Player representatives, shall not participate in or otherwise be involved with, either directly or indirectly, any fantasy sports, betting or gambling that uses tournament stats or results or that is otherwise related to Playtonia in any way, and shall not associate with bettors or gamblers, or provide anyone any information that may assist betting or gambling, either directly or indirectly, any fantasy sports, betting or gambling that uses tournament stats or results or that is otherwise related to Playtonia in any way. Any betting or gambling by a Player, Team staff and/or manager, or other Team or Player representative against his/her own Team s/player s matches will result in immediate disqualification of the entire Team and, at the discretion of Playtonia Management, a ban from one or more subsequent Playtonia competitions (up to permanent expulsion from all future Playtonia events). 3. Players & Team representatives are expected to treat all members of Playtonia staff, and sponsors, with respect. Public statements made about private information, unofficial roster changes, and disparaging remarks made about Playtonia or its partners are prohibited. 4. Tournament officials refers to the following: all Referees and Administrators, any Tournament Directors and Playtonia Commissioner. 7
4.2 Penalties : 1. Tournament officials may issue a foul, technical foul, or disqualify a Player/Team for acts of misconduct not listed in the conduct rules to preserve fair play and sportsmanship in Playtonia management s sole discretion. 5.0 Legal Matters 1. Match fixing is defined as an attempt to arrange or influence, in advance, the outcome of a match, or events within the match, usually for the purpose of making money, often from betting. Participants, directly or indirectly, are not allowed to accept from, or offer to, any person or entity (whether they are participants or otherwise) any bribes/gifts/rewards of any nature in relation to seeking to influence the outcome, result of, conduct of, a match or the competition. Participants are under a strict obligation to immediately report to a tournament official any approach, or any offer of a bribe/gift/ reward made to them, or any other participant, related to seeking to influence the outcome, result, or conduct of a match or the competition. 2. Team Agreements: Each Team and its Players remain subject to all of the terms and conditions contained in this rule book. 3. Spirit of the Rules. Finality of all decisions regarding the interpretation of these rules, Player and Team eligibility, scheduling the tournament and related events, and penalties for misconduct, lie solely with Playtonia management, the decisions of which are final. 8
