Experienced. Focused. Reliable. Shane Goodwin is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Argus Capital Partners. Mr. Goodwin has over 15 years of investment banking and principal investment experience and has executed over 50 public and private debt and equity investments totaling over $10 billion. As a senior investment banker, he advised on numerous M&A assignments exceeding $25 billion in transaction value, including sell-side and buyside transactions, anti-raid and activism defenses, cross-border M&A, special committee and restructuring advisory assignments. Mr. Goodwin was a senior investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and was responsible for strategic advisory and client relationship management for various corporate clients and private equity firms based in the Southwest US. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Goodwin was a Director in the Global M&A group at Citigroup and co-founded Citigroup s Southwest Investment Banking practice. Before joining Citigroup, Mr. Goodwin was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group at GE Capital Corporation. Mr. Goodwin earned an MBA, with a concentration in finance, from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He graduated cum laude with a BSBA from the Collins College of Business at The University of Tulsa with Departmental Honors. He was a three-year letterwinner in football, earning All-American Collegiate Scholar and Student-Athlete of the Year awards and was drafted by Winnipeg Blue Bombers of Canadian Football League. Tim Sullivan is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Argus Capital Partners. Mr. Sullivan has over 12 years of investment banking and principal investment experience and has executed a wide range of public and private debt and equity investments on behalf of corporate and private equity clients, primarily in the middle market. As a senior investment banker focused on transaction execution, he advised on M&Aassignments across several industry sectors exceeding $20 billion in transaction value, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, antiraid and activism defenses, cross-border M&A, special committee and restructuring advisory assignments. Mr. Sullivan was a senior investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and a member of the Goldman Sachs M&A Group responsible for strategic advisory and client relationship management for Goldman Sachs private equity clients. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Sullivan was a Vice President in the Global M&A group at Citigroup. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Sullivan was a corporate finance and M&A attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell. While in law school, Mr. Sullivan was a Summer Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Sullivan graduated cum laude with a J.D. from St. John s University School of Law. Mr. Sullivan earned a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University, where he was a three-year letterwinner in football.
