United Nations Development Programme in Kuwait RFQ/UNDP/KW/2013/001 frame agreement for supply of office supplies Addendum #1 This is in reference to the RFQ dated May 26, 2013 regarding supply of office supplies. We hereby notify the following amendments of the above referred RFP as follows. 1. The frame agreement shall be signed for a period of one year without option to renew for additional two years. Therefore, please read provisions of RFQ/UNDP/KW/2013/001 and its Annex 1, 2 related to the duration of the frame agreement as agreement for supply of office supplies during one year. 2. Paragraph Type of Contract to be Signed has been revised as following: Type of Contract to be Signed Long-Term Agreement (for each order shall be signed Order Form by both parties). Template of Order Form shall be developed and agreed in the framework of signed agreement. The prices offered shall be fixed for the duration of agreement. 3. Annex 2 Form for Submitting Supplier s Quotation of RFQ/UNDP/KW/2013/001 has been replaced by Annex 2 Revised Form for Submitting Supplier s Quotation provided in the following page. The offerors should use revised version of the Annex 2 for preparation of quotations. The proposers should take into account above changes while preparing quotation. All other terms and condition of the RFQ/UNDP/KW/2013/001 remain unchanged. 1
