PERSONNEL Michael Hoffman, President Mr. Hoffman has more than twenty-eight years of real estate and real estate development experience. Since forming Southeast Capital Investments, Inc. in 1993, he has successfully developed a variety of projects for a diverse mix of clients. Recently completed projects have included The Fountain in Huntsville, Alabama; the Noble Building in downtown Anniston, Alabama; Big Brothers in Huntsville; a CVS store in Anniston; as well as numerous developments for such retailers as, Home Depot, Office Max and others. Mr. Hoffman has been involved in 16 projects in Calhoun County. He was the consultant and developer for the Supercenter and its adjacent land immediately south of the subject property. In the downtown Anniston central business district, he renovated a vacant 50,000 SF department store into an office building that now enjoys a nearly 100% occupancy of the improved space. Terrence B. Hogan, Senior Vice President Terry Hogan is an ex-investment banker turned real estate developer and investor who has been successful developing for Walgreens and other retailers. Prior to becoming a developer, Mr. Hogan was employed by Compass Bank for 27 years where he served as Vice-President and manager of the Public Finance Department for 16 years. In that position, he was responsible for the development, innovation, and marketing of various types of municipal financing products. Under Mr. Hogan s tutelage, Compass Bank acted as Senior Manager for approximately $7 billion of financings, for clients such as Jefferson County, the City of Birmingham, the City of Montgomery, the City of Mobile, the Walker County Hospital Authority, the Orange Beach Water Authority, the City of Decatur, the Birmingham Water Board, Auburn University, and the University of Alabama, among others. Mr. Hogan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Auburn University and a Master s of Business Administration from Georgia State University. David B. Schneider, Vice President David B. Schneider has more than twenty-seven years of real estate-related experience. Since his association with SECI in 2003, he has been primarily responsible for a variety of site analysis and marketing activities. Mr. Schneider is also the principal of Schneider Historic Preservation, LLC, a consulting firm provides that a full range of historic preservation consulting services. SHP has successfully completed a diverse range of projects for both private and public sector clients in ten states, specializing in community preservation planning, design review in historic districts, historic resource documentation, and the certification of projects for historic rehabilitation tax credits. Mr. Schneider holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia and a Master of Arts degree in History and Historic Preservation from Middle Tennessee State University.
