Drawing 10 ARM POSITIONING 1. Before setting the arms, loosen them using provided spanner. 2. Starting from the top arm (a), turn the arm marked as a, b, c, and e counterclockwise until they reach suggested position, as shown on Drawing 10. Use provided spanner to secure the positions of the arms. See suggested arm position on Drawing 10. 3. Turn the arms marked as d and f counterclockwise until they reach suggested position. Use provided spanner to secure the positions of the arms. See suggested arm positions Drawing 11. 4. Mount the counterweights (K) by screwing them onto the arm. See Drawing 12. 5. IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ. WE RECOMMEND INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: These instructions are provided for your safety. It is very important that they are read completely before beginning the installation of your fixture. Turn off electricity at the main circuit breaker panel before beginning installation. This direct wire fixture must be installed by a certified and licensed elerician. Customer should not attempt to install. This fixture has been rated for up to six (J) 1.6W max G4 base bulbs. To avoid the risk of fire, do not exceed the recommended wattage. If any special control devices are used with this fixture, follow the instructions to assure full compliance with the N.E.C. requirements. This fixture can be used only with a trailing edge dimmer. The mounting hook with wall anchor is not included. To select the proper type of mounting hook / wall anchor based on the material the ceiling is made of, please contact your local hardware store for assistance. If there are any questions, contact a licensed electrical contractor. WARNINGS: Do not mount or unmount the glass globes if the light bulbs or fixture is hot. All wires are connected. Do not remove the ceiling light from its packaging by pulling on the power cord, as a bad connection may result. Do not use if the light cable / cord is damaged. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury, always turn off light fixture and allow it and the cloches to cool prior to replacing light bulb. When mounting the fixture, always use included white gloves. Do not touch bulb when fixture is turned on. Do not look directly at lit bulb. Keep flammable materials away from lit bulb. ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION: 1. Carefully unpack the content. 2. Shut off electrical supply at main fuse box / circuit breaker. A licensed electrician should install this fixture. 3. Hold the top ceiling plate (B) flush against the ceiling, pull wires from ceiling outlet box through the openings in the top ceiling plate (B), and mark the anchors placement with a pencil. Put the ceiling plate back to complete step 4. 4. Drill holes in the marked spots and install the anchors (A1) (not included). The anchors must be selected based on the ceiling material. 5. Pull wires protruding from ceiling outlet box through the opening in the top ceiling plate (B), hold the plate flush against the ceiling, and screw the support screws (A2) (not included) into the anchors. See Drawing 1. 6. To adjust chandelier's height by adding the extension rods, please follow steps 7 to 11. Otherwise, go to step 13. 7. Unscrew the nut (F) located in the center of the bottom ceiling plate (C) and take off the bottom ceiling plate from the fixture. See Drawings 5 and 6. 8. Carefully pull cords through the extension rods (G). 9. Depending on desired height, extend the fixture by mounting one, two, or three extension rods. See Drawing 4. 10. Pull chandelier cords through the hole in the bottom ceiling plate and mount it back. See Drawing 7. Screw back the nut (H). Connect cords back to the transformer (H). See Drawings 8 and 9. 11. Lift the fixture up and carefully hold bottom ceiling plate directly under the top ceiling plate to make proper electrical connections described in steps 13 15. 12. Connect the grounding wire from the outlet box. 13. Lift the bottom ceiling plate (C) up to the top ceiling plate (B). Place screws (E) in the openings as shown on Drawing 2. 14. Screw the exposed screws (E) tightly using the big flathead screwdriver. See Drawing 3. 15. Insert up to six (J) 1.6W max G4 base LED bulbs into the sockets. 16. Remove the plastic stoppers and carefully mount glass globes by delicately screwing them onto the arms. See the last page for directions. 17. Restore power to the ceiling outlet box and test the fixture. 18. Assembly is complete. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To clean, use a soft cloth only. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners. As with every solid brass item, lamp can tarnish with time. Page 6 of 6
