State-of - the-art milling equipment and best-in-class personnel enable us to provide you with defect-free parts that are delivered on time all the time. Our ultra-high precision 3, 4 and 5-axis hard milling equipment (vertical and horizontal) is some of the best in the industry. Precision Swiss Machining We can manufacture product, using our 7-axis Swiss machines, with the following attributes: Spindle capacity (diameter) - 20mm (.787 in.) to 32mm (1.260 in.) Length - 183mm (7.20 in.) to 305mm (12 in.). We can turn longer parts depending on part geometry and dimensional requirements Routinely holding tolerances of ±.0001 on outer diameters and ±.00025 on inner diameters
