The BUILDING BLOCKS of Creation An Adolescent s Guide to Awareness (Book excerpt for first 7 exercises) Do you want to feel better about yourself? Do you want to learn how to make your wishes come true? Would you like to wake up in the morning with excitement? Do you want to contribute to make the world a better place? Using the building block approach, you will achieve all these things. Only 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes in the evening are required of you. Yes, it is that simple. Still like what you are hearing? Then read on. Building Blocks, are they like the ones my little brother plays with? Well, not exactly but close. They represent the awareness you have toward getting the things you desire. The main idea about the building blocks are that your thoughts can and do create your wishes. When you have accumulated enough of the thoughts or building blocks, your wishes show up to you. Are you saying what I think about Shows up right in front of my eyes? Yes, I am saying that, however, not like you have seen in the movies. When you become aware of the things around you, and practice the exercises, amazing things will start to magically appear in your life. It might be that your dad will bring home an Xbox 360 clear out of the blue. It might be that your mom buys you a new outfit that you have always been wanting. It really does work that way. You have got to be kidding me. I don t believe you. Did you escape from the funny farm? Well, not actually. The beauty of this guide is to make you more aware of yourself and your surroundings. It is designed to get you thinking and find happiness along 2 Copyright 2008 positract Solutions

the way. However, it is not required that you believe everything you read in this book. If you are saying I do not have believe anything that is in this guide, why did you write it? I see your point but if you read it and decide for yourself, then my mission is accomplished. You will absolutely benefit from doing the exercises whether you believe them or not. I will warn you though, AMAZING things will start to happen around you. Be prepared! Don t say I didn t warn you. Ok, what happens if I start and don t see immediate results? Will anything happen if I quit? Nothing will happen if you quit. I only request that you try your best for the first 7 days before you give up. You will feel better about yourself - GUARANTEED! Ok, you convinced me. I want to try it. What do I need to do to get started? In the Morning, meditate or take 1 minute to clear your thoughts Read the Building Block for the day and think about it for 2 minutes Cut out the Block of the Day tear-out exercise and put it into your pocket. Each time you feel it in your pocket, read it and think about its meaning. In the evening, repeat the first 2 bullet points and think about how you applied it during that day. 3 Copyright 2008 positract Solutions

Meditate? What s up with that? It sounds like mumbo jumbo stuff to me. Do I really have to do it? Yes, it is highly recommended, however it is only for 1 minute. You can do anything for one minute, right? All you have to do is sit in silence and try not to think of anything. Try this: 1. Find a quiet place. 2. Kick back. Turn off your cell phone & IPod! 3. Close your eyes. 4. Ask for an angel (or God, etc.) to join you to keep you safe. 5. STOP thinking!!! 6. Take a deep breath in, counting slowly from 1-5. 7. Breathe out, again counting it out 1-5. 8. If thoughts keep coming in, replace them with two words instead, peace and calm over and over again. Let s get started! 4 Copyright 2008 positract Solutions
