DISCLAIMER This presentation does not purport to be all inclusive nor to contain all information which its recipients may require in order to make an informed assessment of the Gardar TVM Project in Greenland.
Gardar Project Area
GARDAR REGION OF SOUTHWEST GREENLAND
The Gardar South & North TVM Deposits Lopolithic bodies Now in grabens Very consistent mineral layering
The port town of Narsaq 70km east of the Gardar Project site
Narsarsuaq international airport located 100km from the Gardar Project site
TOTAL MAGNETIC INTENSITY Airborne Geophysical Survey
TOTAL MAGNETIC FIELD 3D IMAGE Digitus International Ltd 16 th August 2010 Report

GARDAR SOUTH IN-GROUND RESOURCES Gardar South is a 117m wide graben-faulted lopolith which is comagmatic with Gardar North Extends for a total of 6.45km (allowance made for the fjord) 190m average thickness In-ground inferred resource 591 million tonnes Testwork by Xstrata Process Support, Canada identified at an economical grind of 125microns and 0.8A gauss magnetic intensity gave the following concentrate grades from Gardar South: FeO 62.7% TiO 2 19.2% V 2 O 5 0.32% S 0.09% P 191ppm Si 1.75% Al 1.92%

GARDAR NORTH IN-GROUND RESOURCES Gardar North (Southwest Portion) is a 175m wide graben-faulted lopolith Total exposed strike length: 4.3km Average thickness of the mineralisation in four core drill holes: 148m vertical In-ground inferred resource 447.8 million tonnes Testwork by Xstrata Process Support, Canada identified at an economical grind of 125microns and 0.8A gauss magnetic intensity gave the following concentrate grades from Gardar North: SW portion FeO 62.5% TiO 2 19.0% V 2 O 5 0.32% S 0.06% P 160ppm Si 1.98% Al 1.55%
GARDAR NORTH IN-GROUND RESOURCES Gardar North (Northeast Portion) Width 179m Strike length: 4.2km Thickness 112m Higher grade TVM only In-ground inferred resource 319.4 million tonnes NOTE: Testwork has not yet been carried out on Gardar North - Northeast Portion. The composition of the TVM mineralisation indicates that a similar magnetic concentrate grade could be obtained from Gardar North Northeast Portion.
GARDAR TOTAL IN-GROUND INFERRED RESOURCES 1.18 BILLION TONNES CAN BE INFERRED AT THE GARDAR PROJECT FROM THE WORK TO DATE. At this time, no assessment of JORC compliance of these in-ground inferred resource calculations has yet been made and therefore the conclusions in this document should not be utilized to make statements in public listed markets at this time.
