4740 Concept WS Bath:Layout 5/0/008 8:0 Page CONCEPT USER GUIDE Thank you for purchasing a Concept bath from Ideal Standard. Your bath has been specifically designed to be easy to use, easy to maintain and look stylish for years to come. Featuring the latest technology your bath is fitted with a discreet Ideal waste system (IWS). This means you have easy control of your waste via the waste control handle positioned on the tap deck. To fill your bath with water simply turn the waste control handle clockwise. To release the water after bathing simply turn in the opposite direction. Utilising a communicating vessel system, the IWS has a concealed overflow, meaning that there is no unsightly overflow hole on your bath. As the IWS takes less space than a normal waste, your bath is also lower than a standard bath tub making getting in and out of your bath much easier. Like any bath tub, if you over fill the bath when you first sit down - the sudden water level rise may cause water to rise above the level of the bath rim. We therefore recommend that you half fill the bath before entering and then top up the water level once you are laid in the bath.

4740 Concept WS Bath:Layout 5/0/008 8:0 Page 3 FIXING THE BATH PANEL(S) 7. Locate and fix the floor supports. Using a spirit level up against the side of the bath, mark a line on the floor vertically down from the rim of the bath. Offset this line inwards to take into account the thickness of the panels to be fitted. Attach floor support blocks equally spaced along the front panel (Fig. 8) and batten(s) for end panel(s) see Fig. 9. Note: Timber floor battens are not supplied but are necessary to secure the end panel. Mark the positions of the front panel support blocks on the floor and wall. This will assist when drilling the panel for the fixing screws. Ref. W floor support block (supplied) Ref. V Ref. Z screw and cover cap (supplied) edge of bath Fig. 8 FIT END PANEL (where appropriate) Attach the lengths of PVC cushioning strip to the top edge of the panel. Fit panel by pushing the top edge of the panel under the bath rim, between the roll and the wooden frame. (Fig. 9). Fix the panel to the batten.
