Excursion The children of P1 went on an excursion to Qutub Minar section-wise in the first week of September (2017). We did a pre-excursion activity in school, where we asked our children to colour Qutub Minar. Students were really excited and explored the area very well. They had many questions out of curiosity. It was a pleasure to see students trying to read the instructions written over there. They also saw the Mosque, the Alai Minar and the Iron Pillar. They were told about the history of Qutub Minar and the ruler who built it. They were also advised to see the monument and listen to their teacher. The children inquisitively asked questions about Qutub Minar. Many new words were added to their vocabulary too like century, sandstone etc. It was a fun-filled learning experience for our children.
