SHADOWCORE Story Walkthrough This guide assumes you've made it through the first town, and begins after the tunnel collapses following your escape. This doesn t list ALL the H-scenes, just how to get the main (and true) endings and the H-scenes included in them. Exit the cave, it's a path with very few side branches. Ignore the crossroads, keep heading North into the forest. Going East or West just shows you a cutscene of you being blocked by the Imperial Knights hunting you. On the path out of the forest, you ll meet up with Brad, the barbarian mercenary. He ll offer to help you against the bandits ahead for 1000 gold. Even if you don t have it (which you probably won t unless you ve done NG+) he ll agree to join with your party because he s enamored by Elisha. IMPORTANT: During the second part of the Forest where Brad is with you, make sure to use your surrender skill and lose once. Elisha will be caputured by the Bandits and you ll be sent back to a campsite. Despite you losing your money to the Bandits, Brad will agree to help you hunt for her in exchange for a request you don t get to decide when he leaves the party. You can then rescue Elisha and progress with the game, and BRAD WILL STAY IN YOUR PARTY for the entire game. I highly recommend taking Brad even if you re not doing the Slut/NTR routes, it just makes the story better. Lewd things don t happen between them unless you pretty much prompt it (letting them stay in the inn together, etc). If you don t lose to the bandits, Brad will leave once you reach the next town and will not rejoin. Once in the town, you can take fetch quests from the guild or just use CheatEngine to get huge amounts of gold and levels. You need 5000 gold to give to the mayor (bottom middle house) to repair the bridge and progress the story. The far left quest on the guild wall lets Elisha do lewd things for the shopkeeper visit at night for H-stuff. Head to the North Town after repairing the bridge, talk to the man inside the far right house. He ll give it to you. Wait till night, defeat the ghost (or lose for H scenes) and then you can buy a ticket to take a boat to the next town. You ll reach a port town and run into the Feudal Lord s son (what an asshole). Leave to the left and make your way up and around the island to biggest town yet. There s a gambling den and an arena here, which is the best way to power up WITHOUT cheats (the grind in this game is insane, just trust me and learn CheatEngine). Also take the far right quest in the guild. Take the boat on the far side of this town to get to the hot spring town, where everyone has turned against you due to the son. Walk in the Pub, talk to the lady on the second floor of the inn, and then you can progress to the hotsprings. However, check out the front of the mansion first to meet another cute girl and some fun character interaction with Elisha. Once in the hotsprings, you ll go to Male bathing, Brad will head to Mixed, and Elisha to Female. Once the event happens, first put your clothes back on and try to leave then take them off again and bang on the top door plenty of times till it opens. Bang on the door to the girls room and you ll be able to rescue your waifu. Don t and she gets sluttified (bad end). After its over, talk to the hot springs desk girl and get your new ship. Head to the desert continent to the south. Meet up with your friend Roland. Go to the inn and advance the time to night. Leave Elisha in the room with Brad (its okay, no lewd) and go the Oasis outside of the town. You cannot win the coming fight.
After the event, you ll be sent to prison. Go and talk to the black-armored man in the house to the right for a fight, you ll lose. Once you wake, you can try again and beat him if you re strong enough. If you wait in the Prison long enough, you ll get another bad end. IMPORTANT: There are two ways out of the prison, but it s best to fight the Black Armored man for ease and plot reasons. Pay attention to things he says. Once you defeat him he ll send you to the Fort in the desert. Make your way through until you find Roland and Elisha. Two fights ensue if you lose the first you get a bad end, but the second is unwinnable. After these events, you ll have Elisha back. Take your ship and head to the North Icy Contient. Visit the ruined castle to the right of the place where you first land, visit the North East building second floor and use the code 1455240 to get into the door and take the item. Now head even farther East to the ruins that look like the purification ruins from the first town. You ll use the item to open the door. Grab all the crystals on the second floor, then head back to the first floor and put them in in this order: Top Left: Red Top Right: Green Bottom Left: Purple Bottom Right: Blue Take the sword in the unlocked passageway, leave the ruins. Fight the guards, but the choices don t matter. You ll lose Elisha after this event. Heartwarming scene with (clearly no bad intentions) Brad. Head to the left side of the continent and talk to Brad s old man friend. He ll give you a key and a mirror. Head back the ruins on the right side and use them to progress through the door to the north and open the chest. TRICKY PART: In order to get the airship, you have to use the key you got in the right place. The mirror helps you find the rough area, but there are pictures where you need to stand. Use the key and you ll get the airship.
Take the airship and head to the capital below you. It s a large castle inaccessible by any other means. Land on the Bridge and head North to enter the castle. Make your way upstairs, fight the silver haired knight, and then Roland. You can choose to kill him, or not it doesn t seem to have an effect on the endings. Finally, confront the masked man, who reveals his name to be Claude(?). Lengthy scenes follow explaining the purification ritual, then asks a couple questions. IMPORTANT CHOICES: Choice 1: Picking the top choice has you join him, becoming a demon. If you have Brad with you, he also becomes a Orc and you all live happily ever after. Just kidding, Orc Brad cucks you. (BAD END) Choice 2: Can you really love Elisha after she s slutted it up so much? Choice number 1 is that you still love her. For NORMAL, SLUT, and BRAD NTR endings, fight claude and win. For TRUE END, scroll down. Elisha will ask you one final time If you re really okay with her despite her having fucked the village for 1000 years. Not sure what effect the answer has. Then follow into the netherrealm and beat him again. You ll get 1 of these 3 endings: NORMAL: Lewd levels below 80, and hasn t fucked Brad. SLUT: Lewd levels above 80, hasn t fucked Cha- err, Brad. BRAD: HAS fucked Brad. TO TRIGGER TRUE END :
You MUST LOSE the coming fight against Claude and get the bad end that follows, then replay through NewGame+ to this moment, THEN AND ONLY THEN win the fight. Elisha will ask you one final time If you re really okay with her despite her having fucked the village for 1000 years. After Claude retreats into the netherrealm, don t follow him. First, you must acquire the holy sword of Mist s predecessor, Kyle. Head back down onto the main floor of the castle where you entered, and instead make your way DOWNstairs. Fight the Cerberus beast on B3, and get the item. Now, take your airship to: The Volcano The Island to the Southeast The Pyramid In the west desert The Wind Tower in the artic north Defeat the Demon Lords at these places and complete the Sword of the Hero. Now, head back to the Capital Castle, follow Claude into the netherrealm and defeat him in his final form. BEST CUTSCENE OF THE GAME FOLLOWS. Finally head back to your hometown to defeat your final enemy. Both winning and losing have endings.
