10th Annual Year End Gala Liên Hoan Tất Niên Black Ball White SATURDAY 02.07.15
Dear members and guests: Welcome to the 10th annual Year End Celebration also known as Liên Hoan Tất Niên Thương Gia! Ranked 6th largest in the nation, the Georgia Vietnamese population has a thriving community of small businesses and entrepreneurs. Since 2005, it has become an annual tradition for Vietnamese-American business owners, operators, community leaders and supporters to gather at the end of each lunar year to network, to celebrate and to welcome the coming Lunar New Year, the year of the Goat. It was from the yearly gatherings of Vietnamese business owners at the year-end celebration events that, in 2010, resulted in the formation of the Georgia Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce (GVACC). Throughout the past year, GVACC has implemented various programs to accomplish its mission, which is to create sustainable competitive advantage for its members and to give back to the community. Among other accomplishments, GVACC has implemented successfully its monthly networking events and educational seminars and has fostered partnerships with many corporations. Additionally, GVACC has sponsored many community events and organizations to give back to the community. GVACC strongly believes that through new acquaintances, new opportunities are made. Together, we will thrive! Therefore, this Year End Celebration shall be a festive celebration that will foster prosperity and expand your network for your business in the years to come. On behalf of the Georgia Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce (GVACC), with our most sincere appreciation, we thank our corporate partners, business sponsors, GVACC members and community leaders. Your incessant support enables GVACC to grow and to better serve our members and our community. Sincerely, Jenny Nguyen, Esq. GVACC President 2
