Meet the Professionals Andrew J. Mento and Rick Caiazzo 4 MORGAN STANLEY

Enrico "Rick" Caiazzo, CFP Portfolio Management Director Executive Director Financial Advisor With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Rick uses his skills and knowledge to develop and implement ongoing portfolio management to help clients pursue their personal financial goals. Since he began his advisory career in 1984, Rick has developed a detailed understanding of the financial markets and their practical applications. By leading a comprehensive wealth management team, he focuses on providing solutions to clients and their families to help them work toward their objectives. Rick s clients include individuals, businesses, unions, universities and other institutions in the public and private sector. His areas of concentration encompass wealth planning, tax strategies, retirement planning services and estate planning strategies. Additionally he offers access to lending solutions. Rick earned a bachelor s degree in business administration and accounting from The College of New Jersey and an M.B.A. from Rider University. He is a Certified Financial Planner and holds Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 securities licenses, along with life, health, long-term care and annuities insurance licenses. Rick is a member of the International Board of Certified Financial Planners. He is also a parishioner at St. James Church in Pennington, New Jersey and a frequent lecturer at local functions and private clubs. A strong advocate of giving back to the community, he volunteers with several charitable organizations including Special Olympics of New Jersey and The St. Lawrence Rehab Center. He enjoys travel and gardening. Rick resides in Pennington, NJ with his wife, JoAnn. Andrew J Mento Portfolio Manager Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Andrew is among the more experienced financial advisors working in financial services today. He began his career on Wall Street in 1976. Many of the investors he serves today have been loyal clients for decades, and most have referred him to countless friends, associates and family members. Andy s practice has grown over time for many reasons but none more important than his unwavering integrity and the genuine concern he has for clients and their families. Delivering a high level of consistent quality service is one of the more important cornerstones of Andy s practice. His goal is always the same: to exceed clients expectations. much satisfaction helping investors achieve their financial goals, and seeing the difference it makes in their lives and their loved ones. After 40 years, he has served the varied and often complex needs of investors in all walks of life. Andy holds Series a 1, 12, 40, 63 and 66 securities licenses, along with life, health, long-term care and annuities insurance licenses. Andrew and his wife, Rosemarie, live in Cranbury, New Jersey. Andy is active in his community as First Vice President of the Cranbury, NJ Lion s Club, a Trustee of the Cranbury Public Library, a Trustee of the Cranbury Green Housing Association and Member of the Foundation Board of the Cranbury Public Library. He was Lion of the Year 2012 and Melvin Jones Fellow 2008. Robert Harrison Wealth Management Associate Robert serves a diverse group of clients, recognizing that each one has different circumstances and resources and a unique set of goals. His ability to listen to them and determine their needs demonstrates that he cares about them as individuals. Robert concentrates on developing fixed income strategies to help clients maintain consistent revenue streams. Robert has worked in the financial services industry for 40 years and holds Series 3, 7 and 65 licenses as well as life and annuity insurance licenses. His experience includes working at several bond trading companies where he evaluated Federal Reserve policies and interest rate movements. A graduate of Union College with a degree in English literature, Bob enjoys golfing, traveling and gardening. He supports the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure. Anne Blessing Client Service Associate In her 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Anne has focused on providing the highest level of service to clients. She is a problem solver-one who is always ready to listen and find an answer to the difficult questions. This allows Anne to provide a level of service that truly helps people navigate the complexities of the financial world. Anne began her career in this industry in 1990, working at various Wall Street firms as trading and retail sales support before joining Rick s team in 1998. Previously, she worked in retail store management. Anne is an avid bird watcher and a volunteer participant in the annual Hawk Migration Count sponsored by the New Jersey Audubon Society every fall. Her vacations often center on bird watching activities. Anne and her husband, Gary, live in Somerset, New Jersey.
