Registration Information for Classes & Clubs: If we cancel a class, or if you cancel up to one week before the class or club, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than one week before class you will forfeit your fee. Total class fee is due at the time of registration. You may register by phone or at the shop, however your registration is not confirmed until payment is complete. Our classroom can seat 12 students. If class is scheduled for all day please feel free to bring your lunch with you. Samples for each class may be viewed at the shop. If possible please come to the class 15 minutes early so you can get settled and set up. It s much easier for the teacher to begin on time and it doesn t take time away from the other students. We encourage students not to wear perfumes as many people are allergic. Please label your belongings, so if anything is left behind, we ll know who it belongs to. When a pattern is required for class, each student is required to purchase their own copy of the pattern. Please respect copy right laws and DO NOT make copies to share. While we do our best to estimate the amount of time it will take to complete a class, more time might be necessary. Our policy is that anyone taking a class my stay as long as they wish or return another day at no charge. We want to make sure everyone has sufficient time to complete their project and we will help in any way we can. Create a Class: We will be happy to tailor any class to your needs and provide individualized instruction. Call and talk to Deb to schedule time. If you have any ideas for classes or techniques let us know. Also if you are interested in a class but can only do evenings let us know, we ll advertise to see if we can fill an evening class.
Clubs Fall 2017 Falling Leaves Teacher: Helen Choma This is a wonderful Fall project. NO curved seams!! Southwind Designs folded square technique makes beautiful curves. This beautiful table runner is the perfect addition for your Thanksgiving table. Date: Mon, Oct. 16 & Mon, Nov. 6 Time: 10 am 2 pm Block of the Month for s Deb created this project to teach beginners how to quilt. The blocks are 12 so there are no tiny pieces to deal with. Nine blocks makes a baby quilt, 12 blocks makes a throw, 20 blocks makes a full size and so forth. So you decide how big or small your project will be. Date: 3rd Wednesday of the month Fee: $20 per month Hand Quilting 101 This is a fun project and a great way to learn how to rock the needle. You will use a solid fabric with high contrast thread so you can easily see your stitches. Make your finished project into a wall hanging or pillow. Date: Thurs, Oct. 12 & 26 Hand Applique Club Want to learn hand applique. This is a beginner s club where you will learn technique first, before beginning a project. We will start small and build from there. You will learn different techniques of applique along the way. Date: 2nd Monday of the month Fee: $20 per month

Monthly Club / Series 2017 Fall 2017 Project Linus Teacher: Sara Breton Join in the fun and help a worthy cause, We sew twice a month for Project Linus. We have lots of fabric that has been donated for the cause. All you need to do is bring yourself and a sewing machine. Sara has lots of ideas for quick and easy projects and will be guiding you along the way. Great way for beginners to learn the art of piecing. Strip Tube Quilt Teacher: Karen Gladfelter With the fabulous tube technique you can make fun and striking quilts in no time! Sew the strips together into sets, sew the sets together into tubes, then cut out triangles that open to squares. It's that easy! Great class for a confident beginner.
