In his current capacity he oversees an analyst team focused on understanding the transformation in the energy industry in North and Latin America. His prior experience includes solar PV asset management for Distributed Sun and regulatory analysis for the New York Power Authority. Thomas Rowlands-Rees Head of Energy Smart Technology Analysis, Bloomberg New Energy Finance Tom manages Bloomberg New Energy Finance s Energy Smart Technologies (EST) team. The EST team provides analysis of developments in smart grid, energy storage, energy efficiency and electric vehicles and an integrated view on how these relate to the broader evolution of the energy industry.
