José Ignacio Escobar General Manager, Mainstream Renewable Power Chile José Ignacio Escobar is the General Manager of Mainstream Renewable Power and executive vice president of Renewable Energy Chilean Association (ACERA). José Ignacio Escobar is an Electric Industrial Engineer of the Universidad Católica de Chile.
