Jim is also founding Director of The Rotarian Water and Sanitation Group. Jim receives the coveted Rotary Noon Classic cup for his informative talk on the BioSand water Filter and his trips to educate and install these Water Filters through out the Free World, his trips have been concentrated lately n Haiti and the Domin9can Republic. Jim tells us that Pure Water for The World is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing access to safe drinking water through the formation of innovative partnerships. Jim has worked with organizations such as Amway, Dow, Cascade Engineering, Wolverine Worldwide and Lighthouse Foods and he also established a unique collaboration with the United States Navy and Project Hand Anthony Curinga 1

The success of This Rotary project outgrew capacity and was established as a 501(c) (3) in 1999. Today the Headquarters ar in Rutland Vt. With offices in Tegucigalpa and Trojes, Honduras and Port of Prince, Haiti.. To date they have reached more than 200 Communities and over 750,000 individuals with save water solutions..
