I used more on the corners and where I wanted the piece to look most distressed edges, sides of top knob, bottoms of feet, etc. Apply a generous coat of Coral Blush; dry well. Apply a coat of Williamsburg Blue; dry well. Using sanding pad, sand off excess paint. The Vaseline will allow the layers to peel off. Use this to your advantage. After distressing as much as I liked, I washed lightly with soap and warm water; dry well. Base over with Deep Midnight Blue, then sand again as you like. Trace on pattern. Front Base flowers with Yellow Mix. Lightly float Coral Mix at bottom sides of side petal, and side and bottom of center petal, leaving about 1/16 edge of yellow. GREEN LEAVES (S-STROKES) Pull s-strokes with #4 round, loaded flat in Light Avocado. Top two leaves are a brush-mix of Light Avocado + Yellow Mix (approx. 1:1/2).
