Required Hanging Method Instructions Please be advised that any Art or Photography entry that requires hanging must be prepared for hanging prior to entry. Any item not properly prepared for hanging WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! Chair persons are NOT responsible for prepping the entries for hanging. Photography is to be 8X 10 in size and adhered to a piece of foam board measuring 8 X 10. This will give the product the weight it will need to properly hang and not be damaged while on view. Once you have adhered the art or photo to the foam board simply slip it into a three ring sheet protector. This sheet protector will give us the capabilities of hanging your entry with out damaging it. Again we are not responsible for any prep work and we will not have the resources for you to prepare on site. Any office supply store or major chain store containing office and school supplies would have foam board, sheet protectors and adhesives that are safe to use on your entries. General Rules 1.
