DECLARATION OF JORDAN BAKER IN SUPPORT OF PLAINTIFF S EX PARTE EMERGENCY APPLICATION FOR A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, ASSET FREEZE, AND OTHER RELIEF I, Jordan Baker, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746, declare as follows: 1. Since August 2012, I have been employed by plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission (the Commission ) as a Securities Compliance Examiner in the Commission s New York Regional Office. My official duties include participating in fact-finding inquiries and investigations to identify possible violations of the federal securities laws and assisting the Commission s litigation of enforcement actions. 2. I received a B.S. in Accounting from Arkansas State University in 2009, and a Masters of Accountancy from Florida Atlantic University in 2016. I am a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and also a Certified Fraud Examiner. 3. Before joining the Commission, I was a Forensic Accountant with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, D.C. for two years.
