Meet the Professionals Thomas Cappiello Senior Portfolio Manager Senior Investment Management Consultant Vice President Financial Advisor Tom began his career with Smith Barney* in 1999. From the outset, he has focused his practice on implementing wealth-management strategies for affluent retirees. He works closely with clients to help them define financial goals and objectives and tailors his advice to meet the client s individual needs and tolerance for risk. Tom is committed to establishing longterm relationships with people he likes personally and who are equally committed to working with him. Tom is a 1978 graduate of The George Washington University with a B.A. in East Asian Affairs and Economics, and The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned his M.B.A. in 1984. After completing graduate school, Tom worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Tokyo, where he was involved in providing investment advice to Japanese companies seeking to expand abroad. In 1994, Tom left Andersen to pursue his own technology start-up venture in Tokyo. He sold that business in 1998 and returned to the US with his family, settling in Punta Gorda, Florida. Tom and his wife Yoko have been married since 1981 and have three grown daughters. Tom has been actively involved in a variety of local charities. Away from the office, Eric serves as a member of the Board of Directors for AMI Kids Crossroads, a foster group home for difficult to place boys. In 2013 Eric was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to serve on the Edison State College Board of Trustees. Eric also serves on the Charlotte County Value Adjustment Board, Murdock Village Advisory Committee, and was formerly on the board of advisors for OneBlood. Eric is married to his wife, Jennifer, and has three children. Eric Loche, CFP Senior Portfolio Manager Vice President Financial Advisor Eric Charles Loche, CFP, is a Vice President and Financial Advisor with The Peace River Team at Morgan Stanley. Eric is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals by gaining an understanding of their needs, offering sound investment advice, and a level of personal service commensurate with the high standards he has developed over his twenty year career in the financial services industry. Eric joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 after working for Wells Fargo and its predecessor firms. Eric earned two bachelor degrees from California State University at Chico. Stanley, Ryan is a Certified Financial Planner, having completed the requirements for certification in 2012. Ryan has been devoted to helping clients create and implement financial plans, advising on investments and counseling clients on a variety of personal and business financial issues. Ryan lives in Punta Gorda, Florida with his wife, Megumi, and son Jachin. He continues to be deeply involved in the community. He serves on the board of the Harbour-Heights Peace River Rotary, where he was Past- President. Ryan Rupert, CFP Financial Advisor Ryan is a native of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. He attended Ohio University in Athens Ohio earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Business Economics. Immediately after completing his degree, Ryan spent two years working in Tokyo, Japan. He returned to the U.S. to pursue a career as a financial advisor. While relocating to the U.S. Ryan came to visit family living in Southwest Florida and decided on this beautiful place to live and work. Astra Lindholm Registered Client Service Associate Astra is The Peace River Team's Series 7 licensed Client Service Associate. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2012, Astra had a 23 year career in banking with State Bank of Illinois, working her way up to Vice President of Operations. During her years in banking her duties included personal banker, branch manager, accounting operations manager and human resource manager. Astra moved to Florida in 2011 from the suburbs of Chicago to enjoy the warm weather and Florida lifestyle. Astra attended Robert Morris College, is married to her husband, Tom, and has two grown sons.

3 Implementing your strategy 4 Reviewing objectives and performance After discussing and refining your strategy, we will work closely with you to bring the elements to life. Should we decide together that outside money managers are appropriate for you, the team will draw on in depth research and analysis to help you select from the hundreds of investment management firms available to you. If you prefer to invest in individual securities, we can help identify specific stocks, bonds and other securities that may be suitable for your portfolio. Whatever approach we decide on, we will help you keep your strategy on track. We view ongoing communication as the foundation of our successful collaboration with you. We will make every effort to keep abreast of your changing financial needs and provide viable strategies to help you meet them. This means reviewing your portfolio together at your request.
