Impact Series Community Outreach The conversations happening now around sustainability are profound and will change the way we live, approach investing and conduct business in general. We are Investing with Impact Champions for Morgan Stanley. Our Impact Series brings together thought leadership from the world of finance and highlights in a casual fun atmosphere how environmental, social justice and diverse governance can be leveraged. The Impact Series is part of our community outreach to bring awareness to the causes that matter dearly to us. A few themes are highlighted here: Embedding Sustainability into Valuation, which provides a framework by sector on how ESG Environmental, Social, Governance factors can affect value; Women are financially active, socially and environmentally engaged. This was explored in detail at our last Impact Series event where we discussed the shift in demographics and education of women. Women are most likely to outlive their partner or spouse, face a unique set of financial challenges and seek more than just financial returns. Water as a Risk to Valuation, we explore which regions are exposed to water stress. At least a third of the world s production of three key agricultural commodities are in areas of high or extremely high water stress; The Bitter Aftertaste of Sugar, our focus here is on nutrition, specifically consumption, and its impact on longterm growth in developed and emerging markets, as well as the expected incidence of sugar-related illnesses such as diabetes and obesity and their impact on the workforce. 3

The Film Festival The festival showcases films about the environment, outdoor adventures, and social and global awareness and has been an ideal match for the Morgan Stanley Investing with Impact platform. And so, we officially joined the Telluride Mountainfilm family in 2013 with the launch of Mountainfilm on Tour ATL. With Morgan Stanley as the presenting sponsor and in affiliation with the Atlanta Film Festival, Mountainfilm on Tour ATL made its debut at The Plaza Theatre in September of that year, presenting two evenings of screenings and a Saturday afternoon Kidz Kino program. We believe in the mission of Mountainfilm in Telluride, of which we are a part: to present high quality films which inspire and educate our audience around the ideas of protecting the environment, promoting conversations worth having, sustainability, the idea of a multicultural world, and the promotion of social justice. Mountainfilm on Tour ATL is committed to bringing these ideals to our clients, partners and global community as a catalyst for positive lasting change.
