Wedding Photos $400 deposit to book me for a date and time This includes: Photos of bride and groom getting ready Photos of bride and groom arriving to the church Photos before and after the ceremony Photos during the ceremony (where permitted) Photos at the reception arrival, first dance, cutting the cake, throwing the bouquet and garter Photos leaving the reception Bridal AND Wedding Photos $500 deposit covers the Bridal and Wedding photos. 1-2 hours on-site for the Bridal photos and all the items listed above for the Wedding. Since I do not have a studio, all photos must be taken on-site. I am based in Jackson County but I am willing to travel to the surrounding counties for a suitable location. Any location outside a 50-mile radius is negotiable but might incur additional fees. For each session type, photos are uploaded to the store and available for purchase within 2 weeks following the event. Wedding photos will be available 3-4 weeks following the event. Any custom creations or effects will require additional time. Minimum Purchase For all orders, a minimum of $30 is required. I do not sell the photos on a CD. Extras For an additional $50, I can: Set a password to your online photo gallery. This way YOU control who can view the gallery and order prints. Re-touch any photos you order. Remove stray hairs, remove glasses glare, etc. Create custom pictures Black and white with spot-color, sepia, bold or muted colors are a few examples Page 2 of 22

Proofing Process Following your event, I will download all the images to my computer. Then I will begin the sometimes lengthy process of sorting through and picking what I believe are the best images out of the whole group. This can sometimes mean 20-30 images or over 100 depending on how many pictures I took and the nature of the event. For example a wedding can have well over 100 images that I upload to my site while a senior session may have only 20-30. I then upload the best photographs to my online store where you can view them and place your order. At additional cost, you can choose from the following 2 proofing options. Note: These products are not available to purchase through my online store. Proof Portfolio A proof portfolio is a spiral-bound notebook of your photographs. Choose either 8x10 proof portfolio size with 6 images per page or a 10x13 proof portfolio size with 8 images per page. You can also choose from either a white or black background for your proof portfolio. Proof Album For this product, you will add the photos you want to your Favorites. You can then place the photos in the order you wish them to appear in your Proof Portfolio. The last step is to send me your Favorites list, which I use to order your proof portfolio. If you have any questions about this process, please ask! Sizes/# of Images 8x10 1 page (6 images per page) $3.50 10x13 1 page (8 images per page) $4.50 This option for print proofing is a spiral bound book of all your proofs you choose. There is no multi-images per page option. Choose your proof book size, the number of images, a black or white background and if you want the album to be bound vertically or horizontally. For this product, you will add the photos you want to your Favorites. You can then place the photos in the order you wish them to appear in your Proof Album. The last step is to send me your Favorites list, which I use to order your proof album. If you have any questions about this process, please ask! Note: If you add more than 60 images to your Favorites list, then your proof album will be split into multiple albums. Paper Types Described Professional papers extend the color range for very rich colors and attractive flesh tones. I print on 3 different papers: Kodak E-Surface (Matte) paper, Metallic and True B&W. All three paper types feature a 100 year archival value and will stand the test of time. Your prints will look great for a long time printed on my professional papers. The Kodak E-Surface (matte) is the most popular paper. It provides accurate color, realistic saturation, excellent neutral flesh reproduction and brighter colors. You will see excellent skin-tone reproduction as well as brighter blues, cyans, purples and reds. The Metallic paper features a unique pearlescent surface. From fine art applications to special even photography and business cards, we think you will agree when we say this paper is truly spectacular. The Metallic paper offers natural looking flesh tones, sharp details and beautifully saturated colors. The Metallic paper is also resistant to tearing and curling!. The paper uses a combination of film and laminate layers that result in striking, three-dimensional lasting images on an ultra-bright background. There is a difference between B&W and True B&W prints! The panchromatic resin-coated paper is specifically designed for making continuous-tone B&W prints directly from digital images.
