OUR TEAM The firm currently has a total staff complement of around 50 personnel, consisting of attorneys, candidate attorneys, paralegals and administrative personnel. No less than 7 of our 15 attorneys are also admitted conveyancers, while 3 are notaries. Recognising that the practice of law does not occur exclusively during usual working hours, our directors have a policy of approachability and can be reached on their mobile phones 24 hours a day.

Corporate Debt Collections We have recently established a call centre in order to attend to the managing of outstanding debt from non-paying customers. Instructions in this department are processed via a dedicated call centre, which is equipped with the latest technology in collections and dialler software, tailored to each client s specific needs. A host of necessary technology, skills, knowledge and resources are required to effectively and sustainably maintain a culture of payments in today s particularly challenging credit environment. He completed a Diploma in Insolvency Law in 1998, as well as the course programme in Corporate Law in 2001. He was admitted as an attorney in August 1999 and as a conveyancer in January 2000.
