Now we present you with RapNet Jewelry. A deluxe and exclusive online jewelry trading experience. Our global collection extends from bracelets, earrings, rings and necklaces to pendants, cufflinks and pins. RapNet Jewelry is user friendly, allowing buyers to search by jewelry type, stone type, price and location; and sellers can easily upload their jewelry by simply filling out a form for each single item or uploading a CSV file for multiple uploads. Each jewelry item includes at least one high quality image, giving buyers an accurate depiction of the jewelry piece and facilitating a more informed purchasing decision. Sellers can upload multiple images displaying different views and angles. 1

SEARCH JEWELRY The RapNet Jewelry search engine has two key search options. ӓӓuse the Free Search bar to type in keywords that typically appear in the jewelry title, description or tags ӓӓmove from category by category by selecting from the multiple search criteria and narrowing down your results There is no search button because as you select each filter, we automatically update the search. You can also save your favorite searches to load for a later date and store your favorite items for future reference. Note: Only items with connected images are displayed on the search page. 1. Search by typing into the free Search text box or clicking on the detailed filters. Most filters have predefined sub-categories 2. Reset all button deletes the current search results 3. Save search lets you name your search which is then added to your saved searches list and can be viewed later by clicking load saved searches 4. Sort by allows you to view the list according to: Newest/Oldest and High Price/Low Price 5. Show 20 results lets you change the number of results displayed per page 6. View mode: will let you view the jewelry in Grid or List format 3
THE JEWELRY ITEM IN DETAIL Click on a piece of jewelry to view the item along with its details and seller information. Each piece of jewelry includes one or more media files in order to show the jewelry from different angles. There is also a zoom feature to help magnify the jewelry image and its finer details and a contact seller button to initiate a trade, communicate or negotiate with the seller. You can save favorite pieces to a saved items list for future reference or view additional items by the same seller. 4

TITLE AND DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS These are guidelines of required jewelry details that you will want to include in each of your jewelry item pages. Your titles and descriptions should be concise, consistent, informative and accurate. This achieves the optimal discoverability in search queries and increases the likelihood of buyers satisfaction. Notes ӓӓfields or values which are not supported by RapNet Jewelry s Accepted Column Names or Values, will not be included in the item details ӓӓitems which are uploaded without the necessary required fields will not upload to RapNet Jewelry ӓӓitems without connecting images will not be shown in the search results 11
Step 2 Upload your CSV file to RapNet in 4 steps 1. Under the Jewelry tab, go to multiple and click on the upload tab 2. Drag and drop your CSV stock file into the window or click browse to select a file from your computer 3. When the upload is complete, click on the create listings button to proceed or click on the remove button to discard the file 4. CSV mapping - Map your fields by choosing a drop-down list of RapNet predefined attributes ӓ ӓ You will only need to map the fields on your first CSV file upload ӓ ӓ Once you have completed the CSV mapping, it will be saved on our platform and you will not need to map it again for subsequent uploads ӓ ӓ If you change the fields or attribute names in your CSV file so that they are no longer consistent with the RapNet jewelry fields, you will need to map them again 12
CSV Mapping 1. Match the columns name in your uploaded file to the RapNet Jewelry fields. 2. Filter by any of the following: All, matched, unmatched, required and unmatched fields. 3. RapNet column name. These are the RapNet Jewelry fields. Please refer to the Fields Dictionary in the upload page section. 4. Your column name must match the Jewelry Fields listed in the RapNet Column Name. 5. To map between RapNet columns and your own columns, you can either type the name of the column or select it from the drop-down list. Once you have selected a matching column, it will be disabled from the drop-down list and you will not be able to select it again. 6. If you have mapped a column incorrectly, delete it by clicking on the blue x button and you will be able to map it again. 7. Remove optional columns from the mapping by clicking on the Trash icon. 8. Sample from your file is an example of the attribute (value) from your selected matching column. 9. When all RapNet Jewelry required columns are mapped, you will be able to click on the next button to proceed or click back to discard. Note: Columns that are not supported by RapNet jewelry will be blocked from the item details. 13
10. Review the column values - Most columns have predefined values. Incorrect values should be replaced or removed by clicking on the edit icon 11. An error message mentioning the number of incorrect values will be displayed at the top left-hand side of the screen 12. The edit icon will be displayed only next to incorrect values which are not supported by RapNet 14
13. If you choose to correct incorrect values according to RapNet acceptable values, you will need to select the matched value from the drop-down list in the correction column and click on save or delete 14. You will only be able to click next when all the RapNet jewelry values are mapped **Note: Values that are not supported by RapNet Jewelry will be blocked from the item details.** 15
Single Upload Upload single jewelry items one by one in 3 steps. 1. Drag and drop your images () Note: Only items with connected images are displayed on the search page 2. Fill out the single form upload, making sure to refer to the Fields Dictionary above (See page 5) 3. Click Save 16

Select images from your list of unmatched images by clicking select from existing images button. Select the requested images and click on add selected images 3. They show buyers what you have to offer and if you have great images of your jewelry, they ll stick around to read the details. Optimize your selling power by uploading your jewelry with accurate and complete data, and high quality diamond and jewelry images. High quality images are very important because it s one of the ways by which buyers judge your quality and professionalism as a seller and it influences a purchase. Try keeping your images visually clean and consistent. Therefore we require all sellers to commit to maintaining the standards described in the guide below. Upload your images in 2 steps 1. MANAGING YOUR JEWELRY MEDIA on the Jewelry Media Management page This page allows you to manage all your uploaded media images. You can: ӓӓfilter matched or unmatched images ӓӓconnect or disconnect images from a jewelry item 1. Click on the upload button to upload additional images 2. Click connect to connect or disconnect images to a jewelry item. (See instructions below for Guidance to Connecting / Disconnecting images) 3. Select All / Select None / Delete Selected or click on the x button to delete the selected images 4. Search for an image by either typing the name of the image or filter by: show all images / show matched / show unmatched images 5. Click clear to delete all results 6. Sort by to view the list by: Newest to Oldest, Oldest to Newest, Name: A-Z, Name: Z-A. Or change the number of results per page 20
HOW DO I CONNECT MY IMAGES? You can connect or disconnect images from an item, select matched or unmatched images respectively. To connect images to an item: 1. Select unmatched images 2. Click on the connect to jewelry button 3. A new window pops up with your jewelry stock listings 4. Search for the jewelry item name or stock number 5. Click on the connect button to match the selected image to the jewelry item 21
HOW DO I DISCONNECT MY IMAGES? 1. Select matched images 2. Click on the disconnect from jewelry button 3. A confirmation window pops up. Click on Yes to disconnect the selected images from the jewelry or No to discard 22
MY JEWELRY PAGE My Jewelry Page displays your jewelry items. Even jewelry pieces which have no images connected to them are listed here. This is where you can update your items, connect them to images, search for a specific item on your list, delete, export and add a new single item. This page has the same look and feel as the search page. 1. Filter by typing into the free search text box or use the detailed filters. Most filters have predefined valid values 2. Reset All button delete the current search results 3. Select All selects all images on all pages Refresh list updates the list of items Export all exports all your stock items to a CSV file Add new to upload a new item or image 4.
