The lecture topic is to be announced to the
candidates with 48 hours before holding it, by posting the information on the website of the University of Oradea. The selection committee for the position of associate professor is established under Art. 17 of the methodology, will proceed to hierarchy, taking into account the provisions of art. 19 of the same methodology. The selection committee evaluates the candidate in terms of the following: a) the relevance and impact of the scientific results of the candidate; b) the candidate's ability to guide students and young researchers; c) the candidate's teaching skills; d) the candidate's ability to transfer knowledge and results to the economic or social environment or to disseminate its scientific results; e) the candidate's ability to work in teams and the effectiveness of its scientific collaboration; f) the candidate's ability to conduct research and to develop projects; g) the candidate's professional experience in other institutions than the institution offering this position. The certified copy of the doctor diploma, or if the doctor original diploma was obtained abroad, the certificate of recognition or its equivalence by the Romanian state. The summary of the PhD thesis or, where appropriate, of the habilitation thesis, on one page maximum, in Romanian and English. Candidate's affidavit indicating the incompatibility situations stipulated by Law no. 1/2011, in case he/she are successfully in this competition, or for lacking such incompatibility situations; Copies of other diplomas certifying the candidate s studies: the high school diploma or certificate of recognition, the bachelor s diploma or certificate of recognition, the master's diploma or certificate of recognition the original documents will be presented for compliance.
