Drilling Agreement Drilling agreement with Titeline Drilling for capital in Rex Drilling secured for a period of 2 years starting in December, 2007 Good relationship between Rex and Titeline, with the drilling company motivated towards exploration success as a shareholder. Drill rig availability is a key issue in the industry, and this is an important part of Rex s strategy to optimise exploration success.
Summary Hillside Discovery provides Rex with an opportunity to define a new IOCG copper-gold resource in South Australia. Mt Carrington acquisition provides Rex with the opportunity to identify both open pitable and underground gold and silver resources. Rex is well positioned to maximise the outcome from these projects for Rex shareholders, with a tight capital structure and the required drilling capacity through its relationship with Titeline Drilling.
