CZGU-P3412-SB2DA GPON SFP ONU Transceiver Product Description The CZGU-P3412-SB2DA is a low-cost 2488Mb/s downstream and 1244Mb/s upstream GPON bidirectional transceiver designed to meet the requirements of the ITU-T G.984.2 and ITU-T G.984.5 specifications for point-to-multipoint Optical Network Termination (ONT) or Optical Network Unit (ONU) equipment. It incorporates a high performance 1310nm burst mode DFB transmitter and 1490nm CW mode APD receiver. The Receiver Loss of signal, Transmit Burst Enable (Tx_Burst), Transmit Fault (Tx_Fault), Transmit Signal Detect (Tx_SD) and the 8472 I2C diagnostic interface monitor and control functions are LTTL compatible. The device parameters can be accessed in real time by the I2C data interface, including the ALARM and WARNING values for temperature, cc, Icc, Tx Burst Mode Optical Power and Rx_Power. The industry standard 2x10 small form pluggable (SFP) package incorporates the SC Receptacle. It is fabricated with a rugged die cast metal housing and cage assembly, are Class I laser safety compliant and meet the EEC Directive 2002/95/EC for RoHS6 compliance.
