Bagamoyo Option: Jumbo Flake Discovery 1,116km 2 tenure under option with another 1,000km 2 recently optioned Exceptionally coarse flake graphite, typically 2-7mm flake with >10mm flake observed - premium pricing/t potential to comparably finer flake deposits Mineralisation mapped from surface, outcropping over a 3.5km strike at Central lode. 4 additional outcrops found. Wami lode is 7km in strike length Infrastructure corridor - rail, road and power within tenure 125kms by road from Dar es Salaam export port potentially lower capex / opex Drilling underway at Central zone

Bagamoyo Prospect cont d 3.5km x 700m zone of outcropping graphitic gneiss at Central lode. 7km outcrop mapped at Wami lode Bedding is flat lying to gently dipping with shallow creeks and low hills Initial exploration underway: Mapping and sampling of outcropping discovery zone 3,500m x 700m. Determined drill locations. Ground and airborne EM to planned define other graphitic structures within tenure Additional targets located 1km west and 7km north-east of discovery zone Drilling underway

Bagamoyo: Infrastructure Corridor

Metallurgical Test Work Extensive metallurgical test work programme underway with results expected in December Formal programme to evaluate Epanko and Ulanzi lodes 500kg, 29% TGC bulk sample from Ulanzi north being processed to make flake concentrates for further evaluation and marketing. Bagamoyo outcrop sample being tested for flake characterisation
