Construction Desking 1 25 mm thick melamine tops, decorative finish on both sides of the top. Particle board, density 710 Kg/m 3 overlaid with a sheet of decorative monochrome or wood effect overlay. Both sides of the finish are non-reflective. Panels are produced using timber sourced from sustainably managed forests (PEFC). Fire safety classification : M3 (combustible, moderately flammable) compliant with the French standard NF EN 13501-1. Our particle board is classified as E1 (control of formaldehyde emissions) or 6.5 mg HCNO/100 mg and complies with the French standard NF EN 717-2. 2 2mm thick ABS edges (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), rounded at the top and bottom for increased user comfort, finish matching the top. 3 Melamine panel legs, 25 mm thick, the upper section is fitted with an aluminium grey spacer made from injected ABS H. 19 mm and the lower section with rectangular metal glides H. 8 mm in an aluminium grey finish. 4 Vertical ABS edging, 2 mm thick, rounded at the top and bottom for increased user comfort, finish matching the top. Melamine horizontal edges. 5 Stabilizer feet, adjustable through 15 mm. 6 Melamine structural modesty panel matching the top finish, 25 mm thick. On the top section of each side, the modesty panel is fitted with an opening and ABS ring ø 60 mm in an aluminium grey finish, to facilitate cable management. 7 Metal spacer in an aluminium grey finish (tube of rectangular cross-section 50 x 30 mm, H 26.8 cm) at each end between the panel leg and the modesty panel. 8 Worktop height: 73.5 cm. Easy reach storage solutions 1 Pedestals with 2 and 3 drawers : - Melamine pedestal shell, with a decorative sheet on both sides, 19 mm thick. Thin edging. - Melamine top, 25 mm thick. Edging : 2 mm thick. - Drawers with a folded metal frame mounted on ball bearing runners, hardboard bottom (3 mm thick) in a black finish. Opens to %. Lacquered metal handles (centre spacing 96 mm). The filing drawers are fitted with a 5 th castor to prevent tipping and have a wire frame ø 7 mm placed on PVC supports for the storage of «foolscap» suspension files. The drawers are assembled onto the pedestal shell by means of brackets (on the runners). - 2 drawers : 1 box drawer and 1 filing drawer. - 3 drawers : 3 box drawers. - 4 multi-directional castors ø 40 mm. - Top box drawer fitted with an ABS pen tray (6 compartments). - Central locking mechanism via a rod which slides into position when activated on the 1 st drawer, supplied with 2 folding keys (with cap). - Pedestals are supplied preassembled, except for the castors. 2 Mobile return unit : - Melamine top and sides, with a decorative sheet on both sides of the top, 19 mm thick. Thin edging.. - Return unit fitted with two back panels that can be positioned independently on either side of the unit. - Return unit fitted with a guide rail on each side of the unit to be fitted with an optional door. The top plate and base are fitted to the upright by means of screws. 4 4 fixed tubular legs of circular section ø 60 mm, steel sheet 1.5 mm in thickness. Leg welded to the upper plate 15 x 15 cm (3 mm thick). The fixed leg has a black ABS stabilizer foot, adjustable through 25 mm. Also exists in a fixed version ø mm, for barrel meeting tables only. Traditional swing door cupboards 1 Melamine shell and shelves, 19 mm thick. Particle board, density 630 to 710 kg/m 3. Thin edging, 6/10 mm thick, matching the cupboard finish. 2 Melamine doors, 19 mm thick, assorted to the desks, with a decorative sheet on both sides of the door. Particle board, density 630 to 710 kg/m 3. 3 Toughened glass doors, 6 mm thick : frosted transparent glass or enamelled glass doors. 4 Metal handles (centre spacing 96 mm). 5 Lock in a chrome finish, high cupboards have 3 point locks, medium and low cupboards have single point locks, glass doors are not lockable. Cupboards are supplied with 2 keys (of which one is folding and has a cap). 6 Metal hinges in a chrome finish : 3 for the high doors, 2 for the medium and low doors. 7 Cupboards fitted with 4 ABS stabilizer feet assorted to the cupboard shell.
