Terms & Condition 1. The engagement is purely on Temporary basis as likely to be permanent depending on performance based and it shall not confer any right on him/her for regular appointment. If they wish to resign their post he/she shall give one month s notice in advance or deposit one month s salary in lieu thereof with H.R.T.C. 2. He/She will produce Medical Certificate (Physical Fitness) from the Govt. Medical Officer Authorized by the H.P. Govt. in this behalf before joining. 3. He/She will produce the certificate to the effect that they are not involved in and other kind of business i.e. LIC etc Self attested) 4. He/She will produce certificate of Good Character issued by Executive Magistrate/Sub Divisional Magistrate. 5. He/She will produce attested copies of their testimonials before joining.(self attested) 6. He/She will produce Bonafied Himachali Certificate duly issued by Executive Magistrate/Sub Divisional Magistrate. 7. He/She will produce a self attested certificate that he/she is not Ex-employee of HRTC. 8. He/She will produce a self attested certificate that he/she is not convicted in any case by the Court of Law prior to their appointment.(self attested) 9. He/She will furnish family information in the prescribed Performa.(Self attested) 10. No. T.A./ DA will be allowed for joining at the place of posting. 11. He/She will possess a valid Conductor license. 12. On joining, he /her shall be required to furnish the requisite amount of personal surety worth Rs. 20,000/- and execute contract agreement on judicial paper. 14. He/She will undergo 15 days mandatory training organized by Concerned Regional Manager. 15. If he/she is willing to accept the offer of the terms and conditions mentioned aforesaid they would immediately communicate their option accordingly to their concerned Regional Manager within 10 days from the receipt thereof positively, failing which the order shall stand cancelled without any further communication Copy to:- By Order Executive Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation Shimla-3 1.
