MEMORNDUM The promotion/ regularization to the posts of Tehsildars were made by the Government vide Notification No. Rev. A (B)1-1/93-XII dated 13.05.2014 on the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee held in the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission. 2. Accordingly, the seniority list as it stood on 31.01.2014 has been prepared observing the rotation system as envisaged in Rule-7(2) and Rule-17 of the H.P. Tehsildari Services Rules and also instructions issued by the Department of Personnel vide No. 1 9173-DP(Apptt.ll) dated 07.10.86 and other instructions issued from time to time. The same is hereby circulated amongst the Tehsildars for their information.. After considering the same alongwith representations in question, the tentative seniority list will be made final and no representation after this date will be entertained subject to outcome of various pending OAs. This issue is already delayed for more than 8 years due to multifarious litigations and promotions to the post of District Revenue Officers and Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services is delayed.
