Motion made by Councilor Chakoutis and seconded by Councilor Trahant to grant Petition of Lightower Fiber Networks, Robert Walls, for permission to install 50 +/- of (1) 4 communication conduit in a Northerly direction from MH #4-23 at the intersection of Market Street and Tremont Street to the building located at 62 Market Street. Motion made by Councilor Colucci and seconded by Councilor Trahant to grant Petition of Lightower Fiber Networks, Robert Walls, for permission to install 96 +/- of (1) 4 communication conduit in an Easterly direction from MH #13-21 at the intersection of Union Street and Silsbee Street to a proposed 36 x 36 Lightower Manhole and continuing 26 +/- in a Southerly direction to the building located at 270 Union Street.
