INAZUMA Certified Systems INAZUMA Certified Systems We define [INAZUMA Certified Systems] as a generic system name provided by INAZUMA. [INAZUMA Certified Systems] are operated under a concept where these systems provided by Sony can be used in an integrated environment based on a unified agreement, one-common network, and Sony standardized certification, with systematized security level for all systems. INAZUMA Common Infra INAZUMA Common Infrastructure [INAZUMA Common Infrastructure] is to be set up in each PC for using the [INAZUMA Certified Systems]. The process for the set up is described below. *Process differs among Systems to be used. Preparation 1. Installation of Client Certificate A Client Certificate is for your identity verification.. 2. Task needed in advance for System usage through Certification ID and password for your certification Connecting to INAZUMA Certified Systems 3. SSL-VPN Connection SSL-VPN is an encrypted communication network. (Establishment of SSL-VPN Connection is not required for all INAZUMA Systems.) 4. Logging in through Certification Certification of the System users
Notices and Requirements e-mail Address Client Certificate User ID Password INAZUMA prepares a double authentication (ID/Password, Client Certificate) under compliance with the information security policies offered by Sony Corporation. To specify each individual, INAZUMA issues a Client Certificate for each user. Note that you can not use a mailing-list nor a group e-mail address to use the INAZUMA Certified Systems. Your individual e-mail address must be used. Download and install the Client Certificate within one month from the day you receive a notice by e-mail regarding your client certificate. (Download is available for a month after receiving the notice. After one month, you will need it to be reissued.) INAZUMA issues a user ID for each individual, and prohibits sharing one-id with others. Make sure to change the initial password as soon as you receive the notice. For Azure AD certification, the e-mail address will be your ID. Your password will need to be changed regularly. Note that your ID will be locked if you do not log in to any INAZUMA Certified Systems for more than 90 days. AzureAD Certification If your organization is an Office365 User; If an e-mail address is registered for exclusive use as your Microsoft account, the INAZUMA Systems may not be available for access. In this case, check with your IS division and consult the INAZUMA Help Desk.
