CIPS-Switzerland Committee Team John Everett John Everett EMEAI Purchasing Director Dow Chemical 12 FCIPS United Kingdom Dow s EMEAI region had a sales revenue of 15 Bn$ in 2016 and is part of Dow s worldwide 179 manufacturing sites operation. John leads both direct and indirect source to pay on the EMEAI management team and the EMEAI region to the global Purchasing team. Joining Dow s procurement team in 2005, John has lead several initiatives that have had both significant regional and huge global impact. These include, 1/. Acceleration of value from LCCS deployment, 2/. Integration synergies from the Dow Corning and Rohm & Haas acquisitions, 3/. Supplier innovation for early-stage R&D, 4/. Working Capital improvements, 5/. Establishing a direct team for tail-end spend, and 6/. Purchasing service agreements for several divested enterprises, e.g. Trinseo, Olin, etc.. The year of 2017 is no exception to change and transformation, i.e. the world s largest chemicals merger DowDuPont. Prior to Dow s procurement group - John had 15 years with Dow in e-commerce, Market Development and Technical Service positions and 5 years with Akzo Nobel in Coatings R&D. All this experience allowed him to publish scientific papers, file patents and launch commercially successful new products and services. He holds a Masters in Science from the University of London and an MBA from the Open University. As a believer in contributing to Continuous Professional Development, John cofounded CIPS-Switzerland in 2012, is currently the Chairperson and in 2017 was elected as congress member for CIPS Europe. Married with two daughters, they ve lived in Zurich, Germany and London.

CIPS-Switzerland Committee Team Pauline King Pauline King Senior Leader Heykins GmbH 15 Affiliate American Pauline started her career in product marketing in the IT industry moving into program management at UBS in Basel. She moved into indirect procurement by accident in the late 90 s at the beginning of the shift of purchasing as a back office function to strategic sourcing as a business value driver where she first encountered the topic of how to measure indirect savings. She founded a consulting company in 2016 focused on improving indirect procurement in small and mid-sized companies so as to bring rapid bottom-line impact. Prior to this, she was the Head of R&D Program Management, and Head of Global Indirect at Syngenta. During her time in indirect procurement at Syngenta, she led the transformation of the function including establishing a new operating model, rolling out new policies, processes and tools and building up the business partnering organisation worldwide. The team brought new value to the business in hard to tackle categories like legal and marketing and also delivered significant externally committed savings which were captured to the P&L via a close working relationship with finance. Prior to Syngenta, Pauline was a Senior Sales Executive at Accenture in the Swiss office. She is leading the CIPS CH Women group whose mission is to Advance Women in. Pauline has a BA from Boston University in Hispanic Languages and a Masters in Business from EM Lyon, France. She speaks fluent German (understands Swiss German), as well as good Spanish and French. She lives in Basel with her husband and two children.

CIPS-Switzerland Committee Team Chris Holmes Chris Holmes Global Head Strategy & Innovation Novartis Pharma AG 30+ MCIPS United Kingdom Since 2016 Chris has been Global Head Strategy & Innovation for Novartis. Prior to this role Chris was the Global Head of Strategy & Transformation leading the transformation of Novartis into the newly formed Novartis Business Services. In addition Chris is also globally responsible for Supplier Performance & Innovation function within Novartis He has held positions of increasing responsibility within Novartis including the Global Head of Sourcing for the Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research (NIBR), based in Boston from early 2008 until October 2011. Chris s experience spans a number of different sectors, including: automotive (Valeo), electronics (Xerox), FMCG (Nestle) and building products (Caradon). Before joining Novartis in 2002 as Head of Category Management in Pharma, Chris worked for QP Group, a consultancy specialising in procurement. Chris has an MBA from Birmingham University in the UK and has been a full member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply for over twenty years. Married with two daughters, the family have enjoyed the opportunity to live and work in the USA and Switzerland as well as the UK.

CIPS-Switzerland Committee Team Aleksandr Sidorec Aleksandr Sidorec Global Category Management Lead LafargeHolcim 10 FCIPS Latvia Aleksandr is passionate about converting traditional supply networks into integrated ecosystems activating new streams of value creation through collaborative partnerships, intelligent use of resources and focused engagement of a highly skilled human capital in the real time environment of big data. With 15 years of progressive leadership experience in different supply chain disciplines, Aleksandr has lead complex change management initiatives in the such companies as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and LafargeHolcim. During last 10 years his main focus is on transforming and boosting logistics, supply management and procurement performance in a highly dynamic environment of mergers, acquisitions and business restructuring. Currently he is leading and developing passionate international procurement team at LafargeHolcim in charge of CHF 5 billion for direct and indirect categories distributed amongst 80 countries and 260 production facilities globally. In addition Aleksandr explores the ways how Lean, Agile and 6 Sigma frameworks can be combined with Value Chain 4.0 developments in order to build streamlined and adaptive organisations. Aleksandr holds MBA degree from Steinbeis University of Berlin. He joined CIPS Switzerland as Committee Member in 2016 to drive community engagement in West Switzerland and he leads our CPO Interview program. Married with three kids he lives in Geneva lake region.

CIPS-Switzerland Committee Team Fabien Cuisinier-Raynal Fabien Cuisinier- Raynal Head of Solairedirect Global Operations 18 MCIPS France, Canada Fabien leads the function for Solairedirect, part of ENGIE - one of the leading global IPPs. He plays a key role in making solar energy one of the most competitive source in the world. He works hand in hand with offices in France, China, India and RoW. With over 18 years of diverse experience, he has held roles of increasing responsibility for leading MNEs at both strategic and operational levels. Fabien started his career in the pharmaceutical industry with GSK, where he managed sourcing groups across 80 sites, led the integration of several teams, systems and processes across North America, as well as the roll out of Capex programs to stockpile vaccines. He went on to hold key positions for leading engineering firms like SNC-Lavalin and Technip. He managed billion $ spend categories, sustainable procurement as well as business development and tendering initiatives. He also directed LCC sourcing in South-East Asia across all company divisions, thereby realising million $ savings. Fabien has also embarked on leading procurement assignments for mega sized projects, including the Lower Churchill hydroelectric development for Nalcor Energy, the WATL HVDC & transmission lines and the Edradour subsea gas field development for Total E&P. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering, complemented with an Advanced Master in Management from HEC Business School in France. He is married with a son and a daughter who have lived together in the UK, Canada, Norway and Switzerland. He is a keen soccer player and coach and has carried the torch in an Olympic relay for the Vancouver games. Fabien s moto is to strive to make a sustainable impact at all times.

CIPS-Switzerland Committee Team Matteo Consonni Matteo Consonni Global Category Lead Corning 19 Affiliate Italian Matteo started his procurement journey at IBM where he held various EMEA positions in ITrelated categories. He then moved to Philip Morris to support the setup of HR categories at the then newlycreated Center in Madrid. After having managed various Indirect categories, Matteo joined Accenture where he supported as EALA Category Lead various Diamond clients in setting up and managing Professional Services procurement. In 2017 Matteo joined Corning as Global Category Lead for Marketing, Financial and Legal services. In this position, he works closely with senior stakeholders and collaborates with dispersed teams to boost contribution by transforming category strategies. Passionate about the power networking, he s actively promoting CIPS activities in western Switzerland since 2014. Matteo holds a master in Economics and an Executive MBA earned at MIP Politecnico di Milano. Married with two sons, Matteo lived and worked in Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

CIPS-Switzerland Committee Team Sheetal Amit Singh Sheetal A. Singh Global Head of Indirect & Secondary Packaging SIG Combibloc www.sig.biz 4+2 Affiliate Indian Sheetal holds an MBA in Finance and Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical and Automation engineering. She started her career in banking in India before moving to Group Treasury in Syngenta, Basel 10 years ago. Her introduction to procurement happened in 2011 when she took over the role of Direct finance business partner in Syngenta supporting a 4bnUSD portfolio. In 2013, SIG Combibloc AG offered her a challenging role as the Global Head of Sourcing and finance supporting sourcing activities for Direct and Indirect portfolios across the globe. In 2016 she was hand-picked to head the Global Indirect procurement wherein she is currently managing a Global team responsible for Strategic Sourcing as well as operational purchasing in the plants in Asia, America South, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Latest she is leading a strategic cross-functional, cross-regional, spend reduction project as well as Concur implementation across the organisation. Married with 2 daughters, they are living in Switzerland.
