Office Manager s Report-IGR Meeting 10-18-18 The new Meeting Lists dated 9-26-18 were delivered on 10-3-18. Please inform members of your Groups that the most up-to-date printable meeting list (currently dated 10-9-18) is always found on our Website. Since changes to meetings occur frequently, this printable list on the Website is the master used for the next printed list. Our interim Website Chair has requested our Groups assistance in the future. When delivering your event flyers to us for posting on the Website, please keep the contents to one page. If they contain dark background colors, please provide us with copies for distribution in the office. These dark colors use excessive amounts of toner in copying. In addition, please include the correct full name of the venue where it is taking place, as well as a street address including city and zip code. This will insure the location is correctly stated on the calendar of events. Lastly, events can t be placed on the calendar without a flyer. Thank you for your assistance in insuring your events are correctly posted. The October 2018 issue of our AALifeline Newsletter published 10-4-18 once again contained incorrect information regarding group contributions through the end of August. Area 1 could use our help On October 14 2018 our Area 15 Delegate sent the following email which was forwarded to Intergroup by our District 5 Chair Last year we all experienced the devastation of a hurricane. Right now our friends in Area 1, Alabama and NW Florida, are going through the same. I have been in contact with the Delegate from Area 1 and much of Panama City, Panama Beach and Mexico Beach areas have been terribly affected. They have requested some items that can be put in a back pocket. They are not sure when they will be able to get to their meeting locations, but they are trying to stay sober. If any individual, group, intergroup/central office, or district would like to send notes of hope and love, small pocket size Big Books, or Meeting in a Pocket booklets I will be happy to send them to the delegate before rotation. I will also be seeing her at the Southeast Regional Forum which is November 16-18, 2018. You can mail them to me and I will personally deliver them. Mail to: Annie Clark 2902 112 th Terrace E Parrish, FL. 34219-8970 Thank you for your consideration and helpful support. In Love & Service, Annie Clark Delegate, Panel 67, Area 15 South Florida
