Chapter 1 Why We Wrote this Report Every single day myself and my business partner Greg get emails from people all over the UK that are desperate to make money on ebay. Every person has a different reason for wanting to do it. They might want to supplement their income, quit their job and work from home or just to save up for a new car, house or holiday. No matter what the reason though, the messages are always the same; "I really want to make money but I don't know where to start..." "I bought these types of courses before but they never delivered on their promises..." "There are loads of scams and get rich quick schemes on the internet - I don't know what or who to believe..." "Can I make money even though I don't have much time?" "I want to get started but I have no money to invest in stock..." Now I don't want to brag here but I started my ebay business with five pounds in a charity shop so I am living proof that this can be done -- I operate one of my businesses in the second hand market and I published a book about it called Pre-Owned Profits which I highly recommend you check out. However, this report is about something completely different and in the following pages you will discover that making money with NO money, VERY LITTLE time and NO experience is actually quite easy. What follows is a step-by-step guide that takes you by the hand and shows you how you can be making money TODAY. So turn off the TV, put your phone on silent, close your emails, get yourself a drink, put your feet up and read this entire report carefully and then go and do each step as described. You can then be making money for nothing and your ebay profits for free! Page 5 of 25

Chapter 2 The Business Model Most 'Guru's' say that to get started making money on ebay with little or no investment you need to get into 'Drop Shipping'. Now, the drop shipping business model is a very good one but if you aren't familiar with what drop shipping is, here's a visual explanation; Page 6 of 25

Sounds good right? After all, you don't need to stock anything and you don't need to keep having to go to the Post Office of the courier's office. But there are a couple of issues here; 1.You pay higher than wholesale prices. The drop shipper is taking all the risk -- So to offset that risk the drop shipping company will charge you a higher price which will quite often price you out of the market and if you're not, the profit you make is very rarely worth your time. Think about it. If you're drop shipping the same product that another seller is buying in at wholesale, who's able to sell it cheaper? The seller that's buying at wholesale because he/she doesn't have to pay the extra fees on each item that you do. 2.Secondly, and this happens a lot. What's going to happen when you sell an item that the drop shipper has sold out of? Chances are you're going to get a negative feedback for not being able to provide what you advertised. But what if there was a way to leverage the drop shipping business model and make as much as 25 pounds per sale -- not 1-2 pounds like most 'conventional' drop shippers make and without all the issues of being priced out of the market and running out of stock and risking negative feedbacks AND take advantage of the Pound/Dollar exchange rate at the same time? Well, there is! I call it 'Internet Service Arbitrage'. This involves leveraging the drop shipping business model and leveraging the skills of other people to make INFINATE profit margins. That's right! We risk NONE of our own money therefore the profit margins are infinite. Page 7 of 25

Chapter 3 Internet Service Arbitrage Explained Ok so here's the basic business model; Step 1- We advertise a service on ebay. This could be anything but I will show you the best services to offer shortly. Step 2- Once we sell that service we will outsource it for less than 5 pounds by taking advantage of a super cool website and take advantage of the Pound/Dollar exchange rate. Step 3- We deliver the finished article to our customer by email. And that's it! We just collect the profits. What Sort of Services? The first question to answer is'what sort of services are we going to be offering?' Well, they need to be services that can be outsourced cheaply and quickly which is why we want to offer internet services to other internet marketers. So here's a list of the types of services we can offer: Logo Design YouTube Channel Background Design Twitter Background Design ebook Cover Design Social Bookmarking Services Generating Facebook Like and Twitter Followers Page 8 of 25

Article Submission Video Submission The list is endless but these are what I know make money. So What's this Website Then? The place we will be out sourcing all our work to is a website called Fiverr.com This is a website where freelance graphic designers, web-masters, content creators and a whole Page 9 of 25

host of other crazy people offering crazy services come to sell them and the whole point of this website is that everything costs just five dollars which is around 3.20. Now, just because everything costs just five dollars, don't think that it's all rubbish. Freelancers go to Fiverr.com and use it as a lead generation tool - they give you a really good, cheap service in the hope of getting you to their website where they can 'Upsell' you on their premium stuff and for $5, or 3.20 to you and me some of the work is exceptional! Chapter 4 Let's Talk About Profit Let's face it, it's for the profits that you're here right? So what can you realistically expect to make? Well, that depends on the service that you're offering but the design services are the ones that have the most profit potential. Let's take Logo design for example; Page 11 of 25

Thirty quid for a logo that you can outsource for less than a fiver. Not bad! But are they popular? Well, there's 84 sold so they're obviously selling! And based on that price you'll be making 20-25 pounds per sale in PURE PROFIT and you haven't spent a single penny of your own money, you haven't stocked anything and you haven't had to run back and forward to the Post Office. You only need to sell 3 a day and you're turning over 450 pounds a week based on a five day week. Talk about an easy way to replace your income! Page 12 of 25

Chapter 5 Choosing the Right People for the Job When you're selling these services, always make sure that you're outsourcing it to the best people on Fiverr.com and this is easy to do. Simply enter the description of the work you need to be carried out and then sort the 'Gigs' out by rating (all the jobs on fiverr are referred to as gigs) choose the 'Top Rated Sellers': Page 13 of 25

Fiverr.com is very much like ebay in the fact that it also has 'Top Rated Sellers' AND you can check a sellers feedback to see what people are saying about the service offered and the quality of work so you can rest assured that the quality needs to be good because no one wants a negative feedback; Page 14 of 25

Chapter 6 Making More Money With Upsells As we're here to make money it makes sense that we try to maximise the amount of money that every customers spends with us right? Every business owner wants to maximise sales and we're no different. But how do you do it? This is easy. Some sellers on Fiverr.com offer upsells. Take this seller that's offering logo design; Page 15 of 25

He is offering 3 different upsells; 1. He will deliver the logo in less than 12 hours 2. He will vectorize the logo source files 3. He will create vectorized business cards and headers Now, let's think of it this way. If your customer was in a rush for a logo do you think they'd pay an extra 10 pounds to get it done in 24 hours? Page 16 of 25

Course they would! And after all fees have come out, you have added an extra six pounds fifty (ish) to your bottom line. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to add several up-sells it would be wise to have them on different listings if the time frames on each up-sell clash. In this example you can have the logo completed in 12 hours but the other up-sells take longer to complete. You don't want your customer choosing to have their work completed in say 24 hours at an additional charge of 10 pounds AND another up-sell that requires 2 additional days because you wont be able to deliver on the 24 hour promise. But how do you create the up-sell in ebay I hear you ask... Well, that's easy too! When you list an item for sale, you have the option to add 'Variations' to your listing: Page 17 of 25

If you click on 'YES' you will be able to add your variations so when your customer orders, they will be presented with your options; Page 18 of 25

And as you can see on this listing, the option for a 24 hour turnaround time is 39.99 instead of the 29.99 for the normal 5-7 working days option. PLEASE NOTE: If the person or the company that you're outsourcing your work to is offering a 12 hour turnaround time as an up-sell, make sure you offer a 24 hour turnaround time so if your designer is late, you've still got spare hours hours to use as a buffer and if he is on time, your customer is going to be thrilled at your effeciency. And always make sure you mention in your listing that the turnaround time is for the first draft if you are offering a design service. NOT the finished product. It isn't just design services where you can offer up-sells. You can offer them on almost anything that can be outsourced. For instance, some Fiverr gigs offer up-sells on video and article submission, social bookmarking and all the other types of service that are being offered and these up-sells are a great way to add extra pounds to your bottom line so always use them where you can. Chapter 7 Offering the Best Possible Service In order to be able to offer the best possible service to your customers there are one or two things that you will need to keep in mind. The first and most important is; 'What exactly are you getting for your $5?' Are you just getting a logo design and that's it or are you are you getting unlimited revisions? You need to know this before choosing the designer. Always make sure that your designer offers revisions because the last thing you want is for your customer to say that they're not happy with the first draft but your designer says they're not willing to offer a revision as they didn't advertise it. You will get a refund but you'll end up having to start the process all over again which will take more time and increase the chance of a negative feedback on your account so always make sure your designer offers revisions. And if you're selling social bookmarking service, some customers might expect a report of all the websites you have submitted their content/website to so make sure the people you outsource it to gives you a report. These are all little things to consider before setting this up to ensure you can offer a seamless service to your customers. Yes, we're doing this to make money. But we also want to provide a great service! Page 20 of 25

Chapter 8 How We Recommend You Start If you're starting this with absolutely no money at all we would recommend you start 'small'. By this we mean offer the regular services first such as; Article Submission Video Submission Generation Facebook Likes Generation YouTube Views Generating Twitter Followers etc. Leave the design services until you have made some money. Now there's a reason we're saying this and it's because firstly you are going to need to get used to the outsourcing process. It's all well and good talking about it but actually doing it is another matter entirely so you're going to need to get comfortable with the process first. Secondly, if you are going to be offering a design service, your prospects are going to want to see some samples of your work before ordering and up to this point, the likelihood of you having any is very small. To fix this you will need to buy some logo's, even if they're just to be used as samples and this is the perfect time to test out a few designers to see who you can work with the best. So every time you make some money, go buy a logo - you will only need 5-10 and you can add these to your ebay listings for your prospects to see so they can be confident of what they're getting for their money. However, if you've go $25 - $50 to get started with then you can go out and buy some logos as Page 21 of 25

samples then go for it! QUICK TIP: As you'll be buying logo's anyway to build up your portfolio it would make sense to create these logo's for someone outside of ebay and get them to write you a testimonial that you can include in your listing - but don't EVER use fake testimonials. You could also get them to cover the cost of the $5. After all, $5 for a logo is CHEAP :) Page 22 of 25

Chapter 9 Take Action!!! So there you have it. You list a service for sale and take the money. Only then do you go out and pay someone else to do the work for you and the rest is yours to keep. This is one of the easiest ways to make money that I know of if you're starting out with nothing and you can create a substantial amount of money in a very short period of time if you TAKE ACTION.
