How to cut and mount the strip NOTE: for this strip, there is no rubber mounting clips available.
How to control and power the strip The RGBW strip need to work with the Controller to make it work. You can use one controller to control endless of strips by adding Amplifiers. The rule to choose transformer for strips is to give enough power. We can power several rolls of strip by one big enough transformer or by several pieces of transformer that can supply enough power. Less power will do no harm to the strip, but just without enough power, the strip cannot give out 100% of its brightness. And when choosing the transformer, we should have in mind that Transformer must be de-rated 20% to prevent overheating. And a big power transformer do no harm to the strip but good for safty. #1 Typical connection for one controller to control several roll of the strip in series by adding amplifier. #2 One controller to control several rolls of strips in parallel by adding amplifier, and powered by several transformers.
