Getting Clear: In order to create the changes you want in your life, you need to be absolutely clear on what they are. Any lack in clarity makes it much harder to achieve your goals. So understanding what they are is the first step. In this worksheet there are 3 exercises that can and will change your life if you take them seriously and review them often. We ve done these and changed our lives over and over so we know they work. Block off 1 hour and answer the questions in this worksheet. No interruptions! Then make sure you return to this vision often. #1 The Ideal Day Exercise If there were no limitations or consequences, what would your ideal average day look like? In other words, what would your ideal average day look like if there weren t any geographic, health, relationship, financial limitations and you could do it over and over and not get sick of it? The more detailed and specific you get, the more likely it is you ll create the outcome you desire. And it s important to remember this is a day you could repeat for the rest of your life, so no crazy unsustainable activities. Trust me, you won t want it to be all about fun and messing around. That s not very fulfilling and pretty draining on your health after a few days. To answer that, you need to break it down in detail, so answer these... 1. Where would you live? 2. What would your house look like? 3. What time would you wake up? 4. What would you do in the morning? 5. What would you have for breakfast? 6. Where would you spend the 1st half of the day? 7. #2 Your Nut Exercise As explained in the training video it s very important to get clear on what is the minimum you need in your life right now to begin to manifest this new vision. Part of this vision is your business is able to fund your current personal lifestyle. When you hit this point your world will change! This is beginning of liberation and it feels so good. So, right now in your personal life, how much money do you need from your business in order to just pay your bills? Notice I said need. What s the minimum number you need to take out of your business each month just to get by? That s called Your Nut - like a squirrel getting their nut for the winter. That s your first goal, to make sure your business can make your nut each month and you can pay your bills and have a roof over your head. Now please note that this is not your ideal current month -- we ll work on that later. Here s how to figure that out. We need to find out your minimum budget per month personally. And if you already know this great just write this down below. But don t just make something up. Most people are shocked by how low their Nut is. So do the exercise. 1. How much do you spend on average each month for housing? (include: rent, mortgages, utilities, etc.) 2. How much do you spend on average per month on food? (Include: shopping and eating out) 3. How much do you spend on your car and it s bills? (Include: car payments, insurance, gas etc.) 4. How much do you spend on average per month on fun activities? (Include: alcohol, movies, sports tickets etc.) 5. How much do you spend on material goods per month? (Clothes, books, shoes, gym gear, toilet paper and other household goods etc.) 6. How much do you spend on your health per month outside of food? (Gym membership, supplements, massage, doctors bills, insurance etc.) 7. How much do you spend on personal technology per month? (Include: Cell phone, TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Internet bill, Audible etc.) 8. How much do you spend a month on debt bills? (Include: min student loans payment, min credit card payment, IRS, medical bills etc.) 9. Anything else that is on your credit card or bank statements on a regular basis, list it below 10. #3 Your Golden Nugget Exercise The Golden Nugget exercise is totally different. Now, don t get overwhelmed, stay with me, whatever you want is perfect. And it is attainable. Most people are shocked by how low this Golden Nut exercise is again. In our heads we create all these big stories about millions of dollars per year. Most people would feel super liberated and happy with way less than that. Let s begin with, how much money do you want from your business? Notice I said want. In number 1, your needs are covered, the roof over your head, your food, your transportation. But now, let s get bigger. How much do you want? To pay off debt? To travel? To take some time off? What s that number each month. This is your Golden Nugget number - the one that takes all the pressure off and allows you to start having more fun in life without stressing about money. 1. How much money per month do you want to pay off your debt in the next year or two? 2. How much money per month do you want to pay for travel each year? 3. How much money per month do you want to own or pay off your home in the next 5 years? 4. How much money per month do you want to save for relationship fun? (include: marriage, rings, special occasions etc) 5. How much money per month do you want to really invest in the health you want? 6. How much money per month do you want to spend on decorating and improving your house? 7. How much money per month do you want to spend on fun activities? 8. How much money per month do you want to spend on material goods? 9. How much money per month do you want to put in investment accounts? 10. How much money per month do you want to put in savings accounts? 11. Finally, make a list of anything else that s important to you that you want to spend money on monthly and how much 12.
