Pumpkin Craft Faire Crafter/ Artist/ Food Vendor Call September 16 & 17*, 2015 Show Guidelines Crafters/Artists/Food Vendors All items must be either handmade in the USA by the exhibitor, or the character of the item must be substantially altered/embellished by the exhibitor. Items sold must reflect what is represented on the application and in supplemental photos. If you are unsure of an item, please ask. (We do not allow flea market or home party type merchandise to be resold by a third party.) Any items not meeting the above criteria may not be displayed or sold. Noncompliance with this guideline will result in immediate removal from the Faire without refund. Food Vendors: Only snack items will be allowed to be sold out of your booth. We reserve the right to reject any food not considered to be a snack item or misrepresented, and to shut down your booth if you do not meet our requirements. Because of the family nature of the Pumpkin Festival, absolutely no alcoholic beverages, knives, firearms, or illegal substances will be permitted in booths. All displays must remain entirely within the space provided. Aisle space must not be infringed upon. Storage must be covered and out of sight. The Morton Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to sell all items with the Pumpkin Festival logo. We reserve the right to reject any work considered to be of inferior quality, misrepresented or undesirable and to shut down your booth if you do not meet our requirements. Vendors may not share booth space with other vendors. The exhibitor must accompany their work and agree to demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude toward the volunteers and staff of the Morton Pumpkin Festival Craft Faire. Any exhibitor unwilling to comply with the guidelines will be asked to leave the Faire without a refund and forfeit participation in future events. No smoking on Craft Fairegrounds. Spaces All spaces are 10 x 12 on hardscape, with the exception of 24-55, which are 10x10. Spaces 24-42 may use the greenspace behind their booths for storage (within reason). Spaces 43-55 are 10x10 and must be set up to allow access from both sides. Eight spaces have electrical access. They are in areas around spaces 7,20, 29, and 42. Vendors must supply their own cords. This additional space is to be used for storage and personal items, not additional retail space. Anyone purchasing a 10 X 24 interior space must allow access from both sides of the booth. Vendors furnish own tables, chairs, tents, display materials, as well as protection from weather. Morton Chamber of Commerce 415 W. Craft Faire Application Craft and Art Categories for Show Application Keep in mind when filling out the application that the first category listed should be your primary craft. This will be used to help determine booth placement in the show so that we do not have two similar exhibitors right next to one another. Please list both your primary and secondary craft/art. Listing the correct categories is beneficial to everyone; your show application and photos are all the show directors have to determine a booth placement that is most advantageous.
