Safety and Care Advice Important Please read these instructions carefully before starting assembly Check you have all the components and tools listed on the following pages. Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Make sure you have enough space to lay out the parts before starting. During assembly, do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage. Assemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible. Assemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor. Parts of the assembly will be easier with 2 people. We do not recommend the use of power drivers for inserting screws, as this could damage the unit. Only use hand screw drivers. Glue safety - Take care when using glue, please follow the advice below Skin contact: Remove contamination by washing with soap and water. This procedure should also be followed prior to eating and drinking. Eye contact: Rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. If swallowed: Seek medical advice immediately. Care and maintenance Only clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do no use bleach or abrasive cleaners. From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit. This product should not be discarded with household waste. Take to your local authority waste disposal centre. Step 1 Insert cam bolts Insert cam bolts 31513 into the holes on top and bottom panel. The cam bolts must be screwed flush down with the surfaces. Cam bolt #31513 x8 Step 2 Insert dowles Cam #31687 x8 Dowel #20203 x8 Insert dowels 20203 into outer holes on the ends of side panels. Place cam 31687 into the holes on top of side panel. Make sure that the arrows on the cams are facing the edges of the panels as illustrated. (x2) 5
Step 3 Place drawer runners 1. Extend drawer runner 41404 and make sure to note which way it runs. 2. Place drawer runner 41404 so that they face the fronts of side panels F. Next, screw in flat head screw 26020 into hole no. 4 as illustrated. 3. Adjust drawer runner 41404 as illustrated and screw in flat head screw 26020 into hole no. 25. 4. Likewise, extend drawer runner 41404 and find hole no. 15 as illustrated. Then, use an awl before screwing in flat head screw 25233. 5. Lastly, use an awl and screw in flat head screw 25233 in hole no. 27 as illustrated. Repeat these 5 steps for the remaining runners. 1. 2. 3. Step 4 Attach bottom panel Place cam bolts from the bottom panel into the holes in the ends of side panels. Make sure that the finished edges are facing towards the front and that the unfinished sides are facing towards the bottom of the cabinet. When pushed together, tighten the cams as illustrated. 9,8 cm 19,4 cm 7
Step 5 Attach back panel Slide back panel 09665 smoothly down into the grooves in the side and bottom panel. 09665 8
Step 6 Attach top panel Place the cam bolts from top panel into the end holes on side panels. When pushed together, tighten the cams as illustrated. 09665 9,8 cm Step 7 Assemble profiles Insert wedges 33204 into slots on the angle ends of side and front profiles 76315 + 76425 + 76426. Step 8 Attach profile Push the profile down as it reaches the bottom panel. Use flat head screw 26033 to tighten. Flat head screw #26033 x7 09665 Step 9 Add glue Insert dowels 20203 into outer holes on the assembled profile. Use glue 22601 as shown. Step 10 Attach assembled profile Glue #22601 x1 Add glue 22601 in holes of the top panel. Add one small drop of glue per hole. Place the assembled profile as shown and press down (dowels going into dedicated holes). 09665 Step 11 Attach tape dots Attach the tape dots 17414 on the base rail 76316. Tape dots #17414 x1 76316 11
Step 12 Attach base rail Flip the cabinet so that it stands on its bottom panel. Then pull of the paper from the tape dots and place the base rail 76316 behind the assembled profile. 09665 Push forward as illustrated with the arrow. 76316 Step 13 Attach stabilizer Place the stabilizer 94066 between the two side panels. Step 14 Attach back panels Panel clips #10401 x8 Important: The unit MUST be square when the panel clips is attached. Lay the cabinet face down on the floor. To stabilize the back panel, use the panel clips 10401. Press forward the thin tabs between the back panel and the groove, and then tighten with a screwdriver. 09665 Step 15 Attach floor gliders Place the floor gliders 63008 in the holes of bottom panel. Use a wodden block between a hammer and the floor gliders. Floor Glider #63008 x4 09665 13
Step 16 Fix the unit to a wall with the strap Strap #94009 x2 Fix the unit to a wall with strap 94009. 94009 The screw supplied together with the antitopple bracket is to be used only for fixing the anti-topple bracket to the furniture. In addition to this, you will need to choose a screw or a fitting which is suitable for securing the bracket to the kind of wall you have. If you are unsure about what type of screw to use contact your local hardware store. 3 cm 09665 14
Step 17 Assemble drawers Attach cam 31687 into the holes in left and right drawer side 00754 + 00753. Make sure that the cams arrows are facing the edges of the panels as illustrated. Screw the cam bolt 31513 in the drawer front EE. Cam bolts must be screwed down flush with the surface. Step 18 Assemble drawers Align holes at back of the drawer sides 00754 + 00753 with the holes on the drawer back 03333. Make sure the grooves are facing the inner side of the drawer. Tap drawer fasteners 20228 into place with a hammer. Step 20 Assemble drawer front Attach the drawer front EE by placing dowels and cam bolts in the correct holes. See the detail drawing. Once pushed together, tighten the cams as illustrated. Step 22 Attach drawer bottom support Place the drawer bottom support 10510 on the bottom of the drawers. See the detail drawing, for correct orientation. Step 24 Mount the drawers Place the drawers between 2 drawer runners each. See illustration for reference. Make sure that the drawer runners are pushed into the grooves of the drawer, touching the drawer front. Fix the drawer runners with machine screw 26214 from the inside of the drawer in both sides.
