MAEBC/MARBC 21 st Annual Eurasian/Russian - American Innovation Technology Week (RANIT) November 29, 2016 - December 6, 2016 Mid-Atlantic Region The 21 st Annual Eurasian/Russian - American Innovation Technology Week (RANIT) will take place from November 29 th to December 6 th, 2016 in and the Mid-Atlantic Region. It will focus on biotechnology, the pharmaceutical industry, medical equipment, life sciences, alternative energy, nanotechnology, the chemical industry, information technology, technology in education, and entrepreneurship. The RANIT is a multi-industry event, highlighting increased involvement by key Eurasian and American policy-makers. Annual RANIT events include a Welcoming Ceremony and Opening Sessions at Philadelphia City Hall, a Welcoming Reception at the top of the Comcast Center, Eurasian/Russian American Technology Entrepreneurship Conference, Eurasian/Russian American Life Sciences Innovation Conference at the Wistar Institute, and the Eurasian/Russian-American Innovation Technology Commercialization Roundtable at the University City Science Center. This year s 21 st Annual Eurasian-American Innovation Technology Week will include the Days of Eurasian- American Innovation Entrepreneurship Cooperation (RAVC 2016), which will be held in November 29 to December 2, 2016. Under the framework of RAVC 2016, MAEBC/MARBC is organizing the Annual Eurasian/Russian American Technology Entrepreneurship Conference on December 1, 2016, and is facilitating Eurasian/Russian participation in the Mid-Atlantic Venture Conference (IMPACT 2016). IMPACT is one of the oldest venture capital events in the United States that gives the participants a unique opportunity to access private investors and the largest regional venture funds. MAEBC/MARBC Days of Eurasian-American Innovation Entrepreneurship Cooperation (RAVC) November 29, 2016 December 2, 2016 The Mid-Atlantic - Eurasia Business Council (MAEBC/MARBC) is pleased to announce the Days of Eurasian- American Innovation Entrepreneurship Cooperation (RAVC), which will take place in from November 29 th to December 2 nd as a part of this year s 21 st Annual Eurasian/Russian-American Innovation Technology Week. As part of RAVC 2016, the MAEBC/MARBC is organizing the Eurasian American Technology Entrepreneurship Conference on December 1 st. This conference is a key RAVC event, and will include a Roundtable featuring entrepreneurial innovation systems in US and Eurasia, the Eurasian-American Life Sciences Innovation Roundtable, and presentations from the Eurasian/Russian startup companies. Key RAVC 2016 events between November 29 December 2 will include a Ceremony at Philadelphia City Hall, the Eurasian-American Technology Entrepreneurship Conference, the Eurasian-American Life Sciences Innovation Roundtable, the Eurasian-American Innovation Technology, University Research & Commercialization Roundtable, and Eurasian/Russian participation in the Mid-Atlantic Venture Conference (IMPACT 2016), one of the oldest venture capital events in the United States. The Eurasian-American Innovation Technology, University Research & Commercialization Roundtable will take place at the University City Science Center in Philadelphia, the biggest and oldest urban technology park in the United States and will include a roundtable featuring presentations from the company-residents of the International Incubators. RAVC 2016 will also feature a roundtable to discuss Eurasian-American educational technology cooperation. RAVC events represent a continuation of the MAEBC/MARBC s twenty-year-long effort to develop Eurasian-American innovation entrepreneurship cooperation.
