The artwork is good, although a little light. I was disappointed that the book was so small. It appeared larger in the photo, and to my recollection, no dimensions were given in the description. I will still enjoy coloring it, but just wish the pages were larger. It will be a good book to take when I travel. I really liked it and had fun coloring it. My husband is a farmer so that is why it interested me. I recommend it. You will have fun and enjoy coloring all the farm scenes and objects. I was given one at a discount in exchange for an honest review. I would recommend it. i received this at a discount. Probably great for those who like to use colored pencils, but I like to use markers. The pictures were in the book back to front, I.e., the wrong way. Markers were not a good choice for the paper. Pictures were delightfully artistic and pleasant to look at. Seems like it is a printed e-book? Even the cover is blurry. Pretty small, too, and the paper isn't great. Pictures themselves are nice but it's sloppily put together - even has the wrong book title printed on all the pages!! Also the images are all printed on the left side of the paper which is kind of awkward. Wouldn't have bought it had I seen it in a store. LOVE BRODERICK JOHNSON'S COLORING BOOKS. THEY ARE VERY DETAILED IN WAYS MOST ARTISTS DON'T THINK TO DO. THE PICTURES ARE PRINTED ON NICE WEIGHT PAPER BUT DONT TAKE A CHANCE OF BLEED-THRU HAPPENING...USE A BACKING SHEET. A fun book to color, bringing back many memories from my childhood (I'm 71!). The pictures are not difficult to color, a youngster can do these, but are interesting enough to keep an adult's attention.
I just received this book and I LOVE it. It is so hard to find coloring books with country scenes. I hope he will do another one soon!!!
